100% recommend! My wife & I came here after a different nearby food truck rudely turned us away 30Min before their listed closing time. Hurried over to El Buen Gusto to see if we could still order 10min before close and were blown away! Super friendly staff. They came over to wipe down the table while we waited for food and asked if we would like to eat there despite closing in a few minutes. El Buen Gusto is a hidden gem! I had the bistec tacos and they were incredible — tender, juicy, and served on homemade tortillas that the owner was hand-prepping right at the truck. The flavors were bold, fresh, and truly authentic. I also tried their homemade agua de Jamaica, which was perfectly refreshing.
