I've visited this location so many times because it's very convenient, and wanted to love it, but 9 times out of 10 they get my order incorrect. I tried ordering ahead and then stopped because it seemed like they had trouble reading the order form and getting everything correct, but now even when I order via the drive-thru they almost always get things wrong. I've had them forget to give me items I paid for, make my coffee incorrectly (I'm lactose intolerant, so if they don't make it with the dairy alternative I ask for it's even worse) and flat out not inform me they're out of something I order and not comp me or offer a substitution, one instance that happened the woman at the window told me they were out of something I ordered and to ask for a refund on the app (which you can't even do) instead of offering anything to replace it. I contacted the customer service line to ask for a refund and they didn't even refund the full amount of what I paid for and didn't get.
it's very frustrating to go out for coffee and breakfast for the day and not even get what I paid for, I'm tired of going back through the drive thru every time they mess something up and getting nasty looks from the employees for it.
Won't be visiting again.

Wanted to update this review, since I've visited this location a few times recently for the first time since this review (I believe it's been around a year? And originally I rated this location 1 star) and I have to say it's improved significantly. It seems like new staff has been brought in who genuinely care about making sure you get what you ordered quickly. Read moreThis place is the best in the US, and I'm not just saying that because I live down the street and I visit every day. I just traveled from California to Florida in a U-Haul on Dunkin' coffee and food.
I found myself comparing my home store or home Dunkin' to every other one in customer service satisfaction. The others did not compare at all, they all greeted with no smile no enthusiasm or heart for the job. The place did not show a sign of cleanliness, or a sign of team effort. Unfortunately the coffee wasn't even on time, or made correctly. I didn't know you could mess up a caramel iced coffee right?! On top of that my typical medium iced coffee was always served unstirred, I have a problem with my wrist and I wear a wrist guard so it is obvious I do not want to spend the time staring my own drink if I'm paying for it..
It is the small things that we overlooked that are so important to our everyday routine that we don't spend enough time thanking those people that help us get our daily life together.
I hope the owner of this company responds to my the next time I email him in response to I wanted to share this personally with him. His team is awesome and I hope he grants the same respect to his managers who keep them going. I seem to see the team rotating often and I just assume it's because they need to send the good ones away.

Every location I have been to in Pinellas County is extremely slowwww, except the store on 22nd Ave (love the speed and service there). Starbucks’ drive through is always packed with car but the wait is not too bad and they provide great service with friendly tones. When you see at least 2 cars at the DD’s drive through, expect to wait at least 20 mins. Oh and there is more - service is horrible, they talk to you like you are “bothering” them on their free time.
By the way, I don’t like to post negative comments because I believe everyone has their bad day. But oh boy, DD is so consistent with their horrible service and long wait from different DD stores. Lol

Came back to give it another try. Walked in instead to check out the service (actually there were like a dozen cars at the drive thru service, not repeating the same mistake like last time) I was in and out in about 7 mins, impressive!
