On Thursday, November 7th, I ordered my family dinner via the app at 5:42pm. I arrived 6:15pm to pick up my order. I walked in, and it was extremely hot in the restaurant. There was no one at the cash register. I waited about 5 minutes and said "Hello"! No one answered by this time. Another guest walked in to pick up her order, and a man walked from the drive-thru area and told us we had to wait. She said I only ordered 2 sweet potato pies he grabbed them and threw them a bag. I said I'm here to pick up my order he said, "You gotta wait!" By this time, it's 6:30pm. I walked into the dining room area, which was a mess. There were 2 little girls (unattended) sitting there with food jackets and papers everywhere. There was a couple sitting there because they, too, were told they had to wait to place their order. As I was waiting, the man was having a 5 min conversation with someone he knew in the the drive thru window. I said "Sir I have a meeting at 7 and need to leave!" He responded, " I'm short staff, and I can't leave my drive thru, and if you wanted your food that bad, you should've gone thru!" 3 young men had come in, and they overheard, and they turned around and walked out. I responded, "I placed my order an hour ago, and this unacceptable that it's not ready." He said, ' You're not going to raise your voice at me in front of my child,' who now joined us at the counter. As he was preparing my order, he made comments, " People don't come in here talking to me any kinda way and in front of my child... they don't know me... I got time today...shoot play with me if you want to." I took my order, spoke to the couple, and left. As I was leaving, the couple walked out behind me. This is truly unacceptable!!! Read moreUnbelievable ordered.. 2 chicken fillet biscuits and a dozen biscuits to go and the free half gallon of unsweet tea from app. Got a dozen burnt biscuits and a half gallon of sweet tea. My husband took the biscuits back while I was eating, he had to come back and get the tea because it was sweet tea, while he was telling them we wanted biscuits that weren't the same color of dark brown of their flyer for free tea, they tried giving him the same batch of burnt. He explained again that he would like some that weren't what he had, he got the tea exchanged, luckily I checked that one also, it was sweet tea again. Then I wanted the receipt and he asked for that. They started looking in the trash, he told them he didn't want trash. They called the manager, and he started looking in the trash. He once again said I don't want trash. He finally printed a receipt, we then told him for the 3rd time that we wanted unsweetened tea. He then told us that all he had was sweet. And then, not even saying anything about a refund, told us to just get the tea next time. We tried to explain that I wouldn't be able to get a free half gallon next time because they took it off the app when I paid. He said just come in again and I could get the free tea then. I had him sign the receipt saying they owe me tea.then they tried giving away my dozen biscuits to the lady who just ordered. I don't know about anybody else, but I really don't appreciate going thru all this for 2 chicken fillet biscuits and a dozen biscuits to go and of course...
Read moreThe BEST Bojangles!! Me and my boyfriend stopped here a few days ago after leaving the pumpkin patch that was down the street. We had given up on Bojangles months ago because the few locations near our home NEVER had fresh chicken. (Wilkinson and West Blvd) but we could smell the chicken from the street while waiting at the light and both looked at each other like “Do you smell that?!” We had NEVER smelled Bojangles from the inside of our cars. We instantly made a right into the parking lot. Immediately upon pulling up to the speaker, the gentlemen on the other end was patient and polite as we figured out what we wanted. Once we got to the window to receive our food we were greeted cheerfully by 2 staff member, a black lady and a black man who had blonde on his hair I think, he was just sweet as can be! Customer service is sometimes nonexistent in fast food chains so when I see it I someways make sure to give people their flowers. I did mention to them that they had some great customer service and I told them I would write a review. The store Manger, Jay, is really doing a fine job running that Bojangles! Not sure if he is looking for longevity within the company but he would make a fine District Manager! Or even CEO! Ha! And yes the food was hot, fresh, and exactly...
