**^Update to my review that I posted 2 months ago: Unfortunately, I had a dinner party for a friend here due to her birthday and had to come back. I STILL would leave zeroes stars, if we have the ability to. Waiter got my food and another persons food at the table incorrect. The other person had already started eating the first plate before I got mine( or what we were told was mine). I was then told that the food was mixed up and they switched the plates up. They ended up taking the plate that had already had someone eating on it and giving it to me. This during a pandemic! This is NOT okay!! The food had things that I asked not to have on it, but the waiter just continued to stand there arguing with me until I was forced to take the plate. Come to find out my fajita nachos should of had the white cheese on it ( he told me it didn’t come with white cheese). That was a lie. I didn’t want to bring anymore attention to it with my party being with me. Also, after I was basically forced to take the plate that had already been eaten off of. I waited until I left and got home(maybe 15 minutes after) to call the restaurant and ask about what came on the nachos. I was right the entire time. It was their mistake because they switched the types of chicken on it, but the waiter didn’t want to accept that he was wrong. Just told me that I would be charged if I got another plate. When I called, the lady that was “in charge” at the time wanted to argue with me and tell me I should’ve came and told them at that point. There wasn’t an “I’m sorry” or anything. Just basically blamed me. Again, it was my friends birthday and I didn’t want to make a scene. Unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. I will be calling DHEC on Monday due to them basically not fixing the ordering and just giving me the order someone had already eaten off of. Even if we weren’t in a pandemic, this is not allowed to happen.
It wasn’t that special for the price that they charge and the service was horrible. I went around 4:45 on a weekday( not busy). Menus had food all over them ( ummmm... we are in the middle of the covid pandemic, so very clear that they aren’t cleaning them between use). The staff just stands around and stares at you while you eat. Manager had to bring me the bill because he just saw me sitting around waiting for a good amount of time. No apology or anything. After he brought the bill, I sat there another 10 minutes, with nobody coming back. I didn’t have enough cash for tip, so I just left the money for the food ($19 for one person). I just ended up leaving because I wasn’t waiting any longer for someone who didn’t deserve a tip. I would recommend another Mexican restaurant. There is another Mexican restaurant within walking distance to this one. I find that the service and the food is much better at the one that is close by. I will NEVER go to this...
Read moreI went here the other night and have been going to this restaurant for years. when you sit and eat chips and salsa , Often times if needed especially when you ordered another dip on the side you get a refill which used to come for free. NOW I’m hearing I have to pay extra for chips and also a drink refill would also be extra.... excuse me .... I was never charged extra for a drink or chips. Food is just okay and over priced. Being Hispanic I was so happy that when I moved down here I found a place with some good carne Asada tacos .... since than I can not say they are good. The quality and seasoning has gone down.the fact that they were trying to charge me for every little thing is ridiculous. Not to mention 16 dollars for 4 tacos??? Excuse me?? I’ve had better and way more affordable at a gas station taco truck. Drink refills especially for a coke shouldn’t ring up for $7 just for one refill. I also shouldn’t have to pay extra for chips but that should be free especially since i ordered queso. Absolutely ridiculous. My advice is to goto a different establishment, as this one has gone down hill. Last month I was here and had to wait over 30 minutes to place my order. And an hour to receive my food and drink. When I ordered an alcoholic beverage last time the took my ID and I didn’t see it for 15 minutes .... which is odd. And I didn’t receive my cocktail until after I had already finished my food .... and was trying to order another one but couldn’t find my waiter for another 30 minutes by the end of that visit I had been there for over 2 and a half hours and wanted to just leave, it was a week day and there was only...

We've been going to the same location for years and never complained about anything. After dining there for an early Valentine's dinner, I went home and noticed 3 charges for the same amount for our meal. Seeing as the charges were still pending (it was a Sunday) I didn't think anything of it. A few days later, I noticed that all three amounts posted to my account. Two $56.84 charges plus the cost of our meal $66.84 plus a $10 tip.
I figured it was an honest mistake so I called the restaurant. After explaining my situation... I got hung up on. Once again, thinking it was a accident, I called back and spoke to what sounded like the same person. They put me on hold and put someone else on. I once again explained the situation and was told that they had no proof that I didn't eat there three times... HUH? They asked me what the server's name was but on the receipt there is just a "server number". They didn't know what number that is even though it's on their own receipt.
They demanded that I physically come into the restaurant with a months worth of bank statements and the receipt for them look at. Wait... A MONTH WORTH OF BANK STATEMENTS?!?! Did I hear that right? When I asked why I needed a months worth of bank receipts for a transaction that happened 3 days ago, they hung up on me again.
Oh well, I guess I'll have to be a total a** about it and just go to my credit card company. Seems like a mistake that could easily be resolved but they decided to make it difficult for...
