Burger King — Restaurant in Pineville

Worst Burger King i’ve been to out here. We ordered 2 whopper combos one with fries & the other with onion rings. We also ordered the 10 piece nuggets. When it came to us eating our food the burgers and nuggets were stone cold. The onion rings were burnt up. The only thing that was somewhat warm was the fries. I called up there and told the manager on duty the problem & she immediately had an attitude claiming that she was the one who made the order and that it was fresh. I told her that it wasn’t and she agreed to remake the order. When we go back up there the manager was rolling her eyes at the fact that she had to make our order all over again. We waited about 10 minutes for our new order. When it was ready she just left the food on the counter. She didn’t apologize or anything she acted as if we were the ones who inconvenienced her instead of the other way around. When I looked inside the bag I immediately noticed she didn’t give us any fries. Okay fine whatever. The burgers were a bit warmer this time but they were drowned in sauce unlike the first sandwiches and we think it’s a possibility it may have been spat in. The meat also had a pink tinge to it. The onion rings looked better the 2nd time around but had a weird taste to them. The only thing that was piping hot were the nuggets but by that time the family didn’t want them anymore. We ended up throwing the food away and accepted the fact that we wasted almost 20$ and gas for this establishment. I should have asked for a refund instead. I will never step foot in this particular Burger King again. Wish we would’ve stuck with the Burger King that we usually go to. Don’t bother wasting your time...

I worked in fast food for four years, so I hate to do this, but I also eat at my BK fairly regularly, at least 2x a month, and when I was working it was daily due to proximity.

Yet I have got to be honest… this BK need some serious help.

A friend and I ate here two days ago. The bacon on my sandwiches was still at least half pink, just barely cooked enough to send out I suppose, I didn’t even try it. I picked it off and the entire thing was so wiggly I almost hesitated eating my sandwiches… and maybe I should have.

The next day, my friend found out that the food they got from this BK REALLY did not agree with them. I assumed it could have been because they tend to eat less greasy foods, figured I’d be fine as I’ve never shied away from a burger absolutely drenched in grease.

Then last night I spent only a little time on the porcelain throne. Fine, no biggy.

Unfortunately, seems I did not get off as easily as I thought, as I just had a good few stressful moments right back where I was last night, which is not the norm.

Apologies for the details, but, unless you need a minor detox, I’d suggest staying away from this BK, as my friend has told me that the last time they ate here they also ended up feeling unwell, but not to the same degree, hence us ending up back here for food.

Advice to the employees:

Double and triple check that your meat has been stored correctly, the walk-in is at the right temperature, the grill is cleaned regularly, and all meat products are...

We arrived at Burger King around 2:00 PM and waited in line for about 15-20 minutes. After finally getting our food and driving off, we realized they had forgotten our 12-count spicy chicken fries. My fiancé went back inside to let them know that we had just come through the drive-thru and were missing our spicy chicken fries meal. He was told they needed to make the chicken fries, even though they should have already been prepared since we had just been in the drive-thru moments earlier.

At this point, I was furious. My fiancé ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for them to prepare our meal. While waiting in the parking lot, I tried calling the Burger King to speak with the manager. When they answered, they rudely yelled, "CALL BACK AFTER 3!" and hung up. Frustrated, I walked inside to explain that we were just in the drive-thru and they had forgotten our 12-count spicy chicken fries. Once again, I was told, "Oh, we have to make those." Seriously?!

When we finally received our chicken fries, they only gave us 6, and they were cold. In fact, all of our food was cold and disgusting. We spent about $28, only to end up completely...
