Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Pineville

This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. When we initially came in, the manager and 2 other employees went over to whom I would assume was their family, there was over 10 people in the lobby that was there for them being extreamly rude and obnoxious and 7 of them were under the age of 3 screaming and crying and the manager who was cooking the food came out and started to touch the babies feet and hold him and touch him and went back to our food WITHOUT washing his hands, but once we ordered after 10 mins I went up to check on my order and the manager "Brian" asked what I wanted which was rude in itself but he didn't even know we had ordered anything and after the employees screamed at eachother for a couple minutes he finally started making our food. As we waited for our food, for 37 minutes might I add, he continuously kept coming out to us saying "one more minute, one more minute, it's coming right out, I made it really thick it will be another minute" many times he told us these excuses and we still didn't have our sub, we did get the breadsticks after 18 minutes but those were supposed to be packaged to go and were given to us on a raised pizza pan on the table, again after 37 minutes we finally got our sub... We ordered an Italian sub also with an extra order of Italian dressing, as you can guess we did not get our extra dressing and the manager argued with us about giving us our other one when WE PAID FOR IT, and the sub came with Turkey only and cheese with lettuce and tomatoes and soggy bread. When the sub we ordered was supposed to have ham salami cheese lettuce and tomato, was not even supposed to have turkey. The bread was extremely mushy, now that is about the food, let me get into the condition of the store, nastiest restaurant I have ever been in. Dirty floors, tables, trash over flowing, dirty bathrooms, no paper towels so employees were not washing hands obviously, unflushed toilets and they had 4 other employees standing in the back socializing. Ive personally been to the Jets in Matthews NC many times and have always had a fantastic experience, going to this establishment I didn't even want to eat the food I was so disgusted, if something isn't done about the management of this store than it will not last much longer because it is a complete and utter disgrace to...

I went to this jets for yummy and left happy beyond words . I placed in order online for a large pizza and wings . I arrived at jets and was immediately greeted by a nice African American guy with tattoos he asked for my order name and promptly told it was almost ready (I did arrive early ) . I had been waiting a a few minutes (maybe 2) and he asked me if I wanted a free drink for my wait , I was surprised because I had not been waiting Long at all . I left with my hot pizza and wings which he advised were extremely hot . When I got to the car it wouldn’t start , I went back in and asked them if they could Jump off my grandmas car . The employees were out to help us within minutes and 2 employees (a white guy with facial hair and the tattooed black man ) helped us ! They were extra nice and made an annoying situation not so bad . Customer service was amazing . Great staff and service. Came in and was greeted by a delightful young man. Never been to jets before. I asked about the slices and he explained it was pep or cheese. Or I could get the combination which comes with 2 slices and a drink. The cook said it would be about 8 minutes because he just sold the last pep. I said that would be fine because I knew I would be getting it fresh and hot. Server asked which drink i would like. I decided on the new mystery mountain dew. I then went to set down and enjoy my drink while I waited. Next think you know her comes the cook with my slices, piping hot. He brought it right to where I was sitting. I appreciated that.
