Edit[3/25/24]: DO NOT EAT HERE. THERE ARE BETTER/CHEAPER WENDYS WITHIN 5mi. Yesterday was the last straw for me. They had messed up my order the last 3 times I went there as well as not understanding how to use app coupons. Yesterday I ordered a Dave's Single without ketchup and with light mayo/mustard. I got a no lettuce, no tomato, no cheese, extra ketchup, extra mayo sandwich with 2 overcooked and somehow cold jr patties with overcooked bacon in between. Completely ridiculous. The receipt WAS correct which means they are illiterate or they can't read English. I've had numerous issues with English communication at this store(one time a lady charged my card a full price because she couldn't use the coupon correctly and then asked for more money in Spanish). It's completely unacceptable to not have workers who speak/understand/read English trying to make orders. The slowness is never explained either. There are about 2 good workers there but I cannot respect the manager(as a manager myself) for all these mistakes and issues. It's as if there was no interview process for the employees here. This is blunt but it's just true especially at night and/or weekends. The drive thru lady is good but overall the manager at the store needs to update their hardware/software. Whenever I order through the app with specifications they mess it up. Every single time. I have to assume their software doesn't show them the customizations. This is in regard to food and drinks. I don't have this issue at other locations. This is the closest location to me so it'd be nice to not have this issue but instead I end up driving further to other locations that get the orders right and have lower prices. Today I went through the drive-thru order two crispy chicken sandwiches was told the total was $10 in change went to the window to pay gave them my credit card, did not get a receipt, proceeded to the next window to get my food. after driving off I checked the bag and saw that it was $2 menu sandwiches I went around the block and inside to speak with them to correct the order. after verifying with my credit card that they only charged $2 and change they quickly corrected the order and gave me the correct product of which I ordered and was originally quoted the price for.
