Major fail. When I walked in to order I was pretty much told to leave. The woman said she had to take the orders from the cars in the drive through before she could take my order and I should go to the drive through. I explained that my vehicle would not fit through their drive through which was why I came inside. I was alone and there were no other customers inside. So she told me to wait. She finally took my order and my credit card. She went back to the drive through window. I waited and waited for her to return my card. A new employee showed up for his shift and she told him to make my chocolate shake. When he gave it to me it had no whipped cream or cherries. He said they were "out". Yeah right. Just like the last two times, eh? So, just say you don't make them that way anymore and charge less! He returned my card but no receipt. When my order finally came she walked around to the dining area to hold the door for me so she could lock it. So NOW you have time to get away from the drive through window? I discovered after I was locked out that I never got my receipt and my order was missing the dipping sauce. So disappointed in the whole place. I have lived in the area for more than 25 years. This place has gotten worse and worse. If the food were any good I could overlook bad service. Skip this sh*t show and go across the street to Brooks Burgers. Read moreOn Monday October the 16th at 7:30pm I tried to to order a meal through the drive through and one of the female employees was VERY rude and unprofessional when I tried to pay with my card and she did not accept my card because it was slightly bent and told me that she could not take the card in a RUDE way and I mentioned to her that it works everywhere and that she can even type it manually if there was a problem so she did not take my order and did not accept my card so I got off and told her to try another machine and she refused to do it so I bought something at Chevron and went back to tried to order a Munchy meal and she said that the price went up and that it would be 10$ so I told her I don't care and I wanted to make a point that she was unprofessional and unfit to work at customer service and if I was the manager I would fire her in a second because you don't treat customers like that and because of it I don't recommend this Jack and the Box to family and friends I will give this Jack-in-the-Box👎👎👎💩💩💩 I will be talking to...
Read moreI give this place a 1 based on an incident we had over the weekend. Over the weekend we came through the drive through with 3 hungry kids, my husband ordered and accidentally gave the manager an extra $20 with his amount due. Upon recognizing, my husband asked for the money back and the manager (a male) argued and lied all while he hid the $20 on the side. My husband quickly asked for a refund and the manager then handed us the $20, locked up the windows and hid in the back. We had to drive around and get off the car and walk inside. He would not come out, didn't give us our food or money. The police was called and after review of the cameras, officer said he did notice him out the money to the side but that the manager (the guy) said he was busy with a drive thru customer and us and didn't realize what had happened.
