TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Pittsburg

Many picky customers demanding the world yet employees make due and try to do their best, this is how I would rate this establishment. The location is highly popular with Mi Pueblo right across the lot many grocery shoppers coming in to get some Ice cream from the Baskin counter, yeah its a Baskin Robbins too! Lunch rush is always the same: busy. Calling in your order ahead is a must. Call in before noon if you can because they tend to get too busy to answer the phone. Friendly customer service, with spacious seating available. Good looking dining area they try to always keep everything clean. Owner is friendly, it's a guy named Larry. He's there most days making sure everything is running smoothly. Despite the ever-constant bad customer flow these employees day in and day out are always working hard to make sure the orders are right. Sure it may not always be right (nobody's perfect) however a lot of people who come here tend to overreact about a sandwich, when in reality, it's just a sandwich, yet the employees will do whatever they can to make it better, and that right there is a place worth going back to. Even the customers who have had their orders messed up; they keep coming back. So Togo's has to be doing something right and that really is a place...

I’ve had several frustrating experiences at this sandwich shop, all involving the same employee—a woman of Latin descent with multiple ear piercings. She has consistently been rude and inconsiderate during my visits. Today was no exception. We waited over five minutes without so much as an acknowledgment while she helped other customers. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable.

In contrast, the person working on the ice cream side was attentive and professional.

I sincerely hope the manager addresses this issue, as it reflects very poorly on the business. Every time I come in for a sandwich, I have the same negative experience with this employee. I strongly recommend she receive additional training on how to treat customers with respect...

I had an incredible experience with the same gentleman that a fellow reviewer, Mr. Jorge Flores, recommended and is he second to none. The gentleman made my order with the utmost care and attention to detail.
