Cinnamon rolls aren't bad, a little overpriced, could use more cinnamon, but ok product. Wouldn't go out of my way again to try it, but it was an experience. I had the red, white and blue roll (strawberries, blueberries, marshmallows, icing). Nothing to die for, but not bad. My biggest reason for the low star rating was the customer service. They weren't mean, but very disengaged. One employee had her headphones on and watching something on the phone, sitting down most of the time, the other person just seemed a little miserable as well or maybe still waking up. I mentioned it was our first time there and neither of them said anything, not even eye contact at that moment, I got a "couldn't care less " vibe.

The one guy was OK, by that I mean he at least answered a question I had in a normal speaking tone, shouldn't get a star for doing what you're there to do but just my experience.

As far as "atmosphere" there really isn't one. I thought there would be somewhere to sit but it's very small and nowhere to sit, nothing notable or memorable. Very quiet, and unengaged staff. Could benefit from some coaching if offered and if they have any interest to participate.

The customer service is a big part of any business and if that was improved, it would make a difference. I would have given 4 stars. The cinnamon rolls are still mediocre in my opinion. (6 out of 10...

It's not easy finding vegan options. I was surprised to find this place on Google and figured I'd give it a try for my friend's birthday. I showed up an hour before closing on a Sunday and expected limited inventory and possibly some pre-closing frustration, but I got neither. The staff was direct, but informative and helpful. I put in what I consider to be a large order and they immediately went to making it by hand per order. I got two of each signature roll. They were beautifully presented and packaged. I then drove 30 mins to where they'd be enjoyed. By the time I got to my destination they were looking a bit sloppy, but I understood that they were iced while warm and my driving was probably not the most elegant. Regardless, they more than impressed in presentation and flavor. They were also still warm and gooey, to my surprise! As someone who is not vegan, I expected some sort of compromise, but I couldn't find any. They are simply very good cinnamon rolls. The price was a little higher than comparable products, but in my opinion it's worth it to have an accessible vegan option. We had a blast enjoying them and sampling the different flavors. Well...

So this is my honest review. We had never been there and wanted to give it a shot. Walking in we didn't realize it was a dine out place. No big deal we just didn’t know there wasnt a place to sit. We got kind of a growny teen greeting. We mentioned we had never been there before and there wasn’t much interaction about recommendations or what you can order or the combos or building your own bun. The other girl had her big head phones on. So she was checked out. I wouldn’t say they were rude but lacking customer service skills, which can just turn customers off. When we got home we added some of our own topping. Just to save on cost. They are a bit pricey. The icing is good but roll seemed a bit more like a donut. Needs more cinnamon in the layers but still tasty.

Overall, staff need more customer service training. Or try and keep that in mind when hiring. Not everyone is made for the...
