Horrible. Don't waste your time. I was quoted 20-30 minute wait for my lunch order. After an hour, I called to figure out what was going on, and I was told they had messed my order up, had to remake it, and the second driver was just 10 minutes away. Just fine, she was nice enough on the other end, so I was fine. After waiting 20 minutes, I called again to inquire and tell them to just cancel my order if the driver wasn't close, and she said, "Oh he's just 3 minutes away. If he doesn't get there in 3 minutes, I'll cancel your order." After waiting another 10 minutes, she called to say that he was still stuck in traffic no where close to the delivery location where I would and would not be able to make the delivery in 3 minutes (clearly - since 3 minutes had happened 7 minutes ago). So she voided my order. Unfortunately, because she had said he was 10 minutes away and then 3 minutes away, I had waited downstairs in my office building to meet him. That 13 minutes ended up being 30, so I have now wasted my entire allotted lunch break waiting on absolutely nothing since the driver refused to deliver my food. I now have no food, no break time left to walk several blocks down the street to somewhere that is close, and I have to wait for a refund on my debit card so I'm without that money until that comes through in a few business days. I drive that same exact route every single morning in rush hour traffic to get to work, and I know for a fact it does not take 45+ minutes, no matter how bad traffic is. If they had just not continually lied about the arrival time, none of this would have happened. I would have waited at my desk, conserving my lunch break. However, because they tried to make a crappy situation better by flat out lying (again, I KNOW how long that exact drive takes), I will never buy from here again. Just buy local - Vocelli's or Fox's... don't buy from this terrible chain that doesn't understand the first thing about...

She called the store and a guy rudely hung up on her , she called back a different person answered and told her , her order be ready at 11:15pm so I got off at 11:15pm to pick up the order from dominos store on East Carson Street, when I arrived I asked the female cashier About my order and she knew the I was coming for , when she looked for the order it wasn’t completed, at this time I assume the store manager, a black man with a foreign accent , told me the order was voided and I had to contact corporate about a free pizza , so I contacted my wife and reordered the pizza, and I stood in the store to watch the order be received, so I asked the manager is my order being made and he told me no, but the screen showed my order being made by a employee name erso, I stood on the phone with my wife to see the order was being process, then 2 mins later she told me the order was cancelled, so I told my wife to reorder the pizza at a different dominos , on saw milll blvd in Brentwood , they made my free pizza order with no problem, the dominos on east Carson didn’t want to make my order because the pizza was a free pizza , which my wife received thru the app, I will contact corporate to report the store manager who cancel my order on purpose to earn a buck , this happen November 10 between the time 11:18 to 11:35pm , there was about 8 to 9 workers there including the manager. Domino i support your franchise, but this store on east Carson is scamming customers for money, I just wrote a whole essay I wouldn’t waste my time writing a bad review if it wasn’t serious, please report this store...

We live in a peaceful neighborhood and have spent thousands of dollars over 5 years with this specific chain. An hour and a half in to not receiving our order which included a free pizza, i called and he stated that the driver would be there in 5 minutes.
1 hour later I called back and he stated he will not deliver to my address again becaUe the telephone number was incorrect and that it was a waste of HIS $40 worth of food for it to have to come back to the store. He didn’t care about our history, he didn’t care about the type of customer that I am, or that we tip heavily. He was very condescending and disrespectful. I told him it was much more important that my four children have been hungry for two hours and that it was not my fault that the driver did not knock on the door.
Yes, I forgot to update my telephone number in the app when I ordered, but the first time I called he did not state anything about my telephone number he only asked me to verify my address. He then went on to say that it is not 2020 and drivers are not knocking on customers doors. He also told me that he did not care that my children were hungry. It is disgusting to have a manager such as him working for this company. HOPEFULLY he is a terrible representative of what you guys stand for.
