Mineo's Pizza — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Soooo...my team and i just ordered lunch from Mineos on Noblestown Rd. 4 of us ordered. Two of us ordered stuffed shells. One of the stuffed shells had 3 shells and a ton of sauce!! The garlic bread was burnt as well. I called back to find out what the deal was. Not only did the manager Nicole argue with me that i was wrong and my order was correct, she refused to fix the order. All stuffed shell orders come with 4 shells! She absolutely refused to do anything to fix it! She is sending a driver with garlic bread to replace what's burnt. She refused to provide me a credit or the owners name. FYI...Mineos is owned by Milanos. I've ordered this same thing 2 weeks ago and the order was NOT like this.! I have never been so angry about an incorrect order for food! My co workers will NOT be preferring there again. I WILL find out who the owner is and be calling him or her ASAP. This is unacceptable. The chicken fettuccini Alfredo wad soggy on the bottom as well. I will not let this go! I was apart of this order worst experience ever for it to be my first time...

We order from Mineos most of the time. Usually everything is pretty spot on. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, a hoagie, chicken pasta, and cannoli's. I called the driver back after getting my order because we were missing the hoagie and cannolis. He said he would let them know when he got back. The lady called and let me tell you this girl should not ever be aloud to answer the phone or speak with the general public. Such a miserable and snotty person she acted as if I was lying about not having the food. Like, I paid for food and I didnt get it your more than welcome to come and check my bag if your seriously implying I am lying about your mistake. No apology, no respect, and seriously probably the worst attitude. Seriously disappointed you want someone like that as your front line. Besides their terrible customer service which excludes the poor driver who is stuck in the middle of this the food is we think good. Hoping next time we order we get...

Gotta tell y'all, Mineo's is now my place for good vittles. Was going to order from a national chain, but when I saw their $2.99 delivery fee, KMA. Looked at another place, this one a small local chain, they wanted $2.00 for delivery. Another KMA.

Mineo's is just down the street from me and so I ordered a small garden salad, stuffed shells, and meatballs.

Wow!!! Prompt and polite delivery, I typically tip well. Extremely generous serving, definitely have some decent leftovers. Salad was chilled, shells and meatballs were well packed separately from each other. Salad was in a separate bag. Quality product and excellent service.

My personal opinion is a restaurant, pizza & pasta place should not gouge potential customers with additional fees. If your product is appetizing, has eye appeal, and is well prepared, future repeat business, especially if future orders grow in volume.
