I will be honest. I really wanted to enjoy this place since it was so highly praised but after eating a bite of my sandwich, Ive never had such dry and over-fried before in my life. It’s really hard to mess up a fish and chip situation and they did it here. I had to ask the server kindly to remake the fish. The second attempt made the sandwich somewhat edible since it wasn’t dark brown like my first one. When’s the last time you had a fish chip from a restaurant that came out dark brown and was so fried that it was bitter? Well they did that here. Knowing we wanted to dry a little of everything, we also ordered their best seller, the burger. Unfortunately for us, the burger patty had to be the driest weirdest tasting patty known to man. You know the patty is bad when it coagulates like wheat gluten after it is cooked instead of breaking into the protein kernels like a real ground beef patty. The fries are ok but man the bread was so bland. I’ve made my fresh Italian bread at home, and this is worse than the dollar store loafs. We couldn’t finish our meal, actually we ate about 30% of our meal and left... and this is a rare. I was really hoping to visit and try a famous local chain. Too bad this is probably the worst chain food I’ve ever had, and I hate giving bad reviews!!! To confirm my suspicions, the table next to us also didn’t finish their food. The teenager literally just said, “I didn’t know you could mess up chicken tenders and this is the worst chicken tenders I have ever had before in my life”. I almost never give 1 star ratings and this is the first time I’ve ever given one on google in a decade. But they really need to change something because it really was an awful...

My son asked that I stop here for lunch today and I was not impressed. I ordered the Sirloin steak and cheese sandwhich and the bread was dry and the steak had no seasoning whatsoever. I called the waiter over to tell him I wanted something different because the steak had no flavor and he says “it comes like that”. I asked if they just slap the meat on the grill without adding seasoning and he looked at me like I had two heads. I then asked for Garlic parm wings because who can mess up wings right? Well the wings come out and they’re fried well just like how I like them but when I take the 1st bite, I notice there is no flavor to the chicken and the batter tastes like old oil. I could only taste a slight pinch of the garlic parm. Only ate two wings because I just couldn’t eat meat with no flavor and old oil. I wondered if it was me because how is it that two entrees have no season? I wondered if I had Covid and my taste buds were shot so I did a home Covid test which came back negative. It’s obvious that this place, after looking at some of the reviews, has a tendency of delivering food with no flavor. I don’t get the hype of this restaurant but definitely one that I was extremely disappointed in. I ended up tossing the wings...

honestly, this place is seriously short of staff. I went there this Saturday noon. Numerous people are waiting for their take-outs, and numerous people are sitting at tables waiting for being served. I see even a lot of people lining up just trying to pay their bills, but being told that they should be wait at their own tables. My plate took ONE HOUR to be served. Very simple and straightforward, all above is because there is only ONE waitress handling the entire store: packaging, taking orders, serving dishes, and cash registering. I must say it is NOT an honor to keep your customers waiting so long, ignoring their valuable time and trust. If you are so popular, maybe consider hiring more hands during certain popular hours or simply stop taking new orders. Lastly, the dish I finally got after an hour's wait is not what I want, but who cares. After one hour's wait, nothing is satisfactory.

Good luck with this store, and I will never come again. I will tell everyone I know that they should not come if they want to enjoy a nice weekend. Maybe considering early morning or late night, and if this is the only store open...
