When my boyfriend and I came to this location, we were excited to find few customers inside, thinking that we’d receive fast service and a hot meal. I attempted to order a number 1. The woman who took my order looked dumbfounded and asked me what a number 1 was. I described the contents of the meal and she asked if it was a combo, which it is. Requesting a medium sized combo was an ordeal to say the least. The woman didn’t know how to upgrade the size on the computer and requested help, which was promptly given. They asked for my name, which I gave and spelled out for them. My name is three letters long and they placed our order under an entirely different name. After waiting for 15-20 mins, our order was ready. When I went to the counter to get it, they didn’t know where it was. While we were waiting for them to locate our food, another customer ordered a 2 for 5 combo. The woman who was taking orders asked the customer what a 2 for 5 combo was. Several more mins later, they realized that our order had been incorrectly given to a few other people. By the time we got our food, everything was cold. My bf’s sandwich was not the one that he requested, and everything was overcooked. The only things on my sandwich that seemed fresh were the tomato, lettuce, and onion. The floor had trash, and several puddles of water and ice all over it. The mess was ignored for the majority of the time that we were there. The soda machines were out of many of the options, and the condiments were not stocked. Many of the employees seemed to be more interested in socializing than in assisting customers. As we were leaving, the staff decided that they were no longer accepting cards as a form of payment, and that all orders were to be paid for in cash. If I could give negative...
Read moreThe manager accused me of trying to swindle him out of a $1 drink. I went thru drive thru to get a Dr Pepper paid for it asked for a water the manager handed me the water but not the Dr Pepper I had 2 Wendy’s cups from days prior in my cup holders I said I never got the Dr Pepper he asked me what’s that referring to the 2 old cups that maybe were a quarter full I said there from the other day the audacity on this guy is crazy the guy running the drink machine apologized not to me but to the manager and told him he never gave me the drink no apology from the manager just attitude. This is just one occasion my girlfriend went inside about a week before this to fill up our drinks we just bought thru the drive thru n I had mine in my doors cup holder which is small n cracked the large cup so she asked for another and if they could fill them up in the back because there too lazy to restock the machine on the floor that u can access n he said how do I know you didn’t just take these out of the trash? Once she said she would get the receipt he filled them with an attitude. Idk what this guys problem is you can recognize him by the only white dude there. Also there so lazy they won’t even let u order inside unless you have a card cause there too lazy to take your order n give u change they make u order at a kiosk so if your just walking and don’t have a card or car to go through the drive thru but u have cash you can’t order. Half the time I pull up 5 people will be out the back door smoking weed. Just insane the workforce these days they always saying the scanner not working so you can’t get your points on the app or your offers. It’s just always...
Read moreI walk in and noticed that the place was very dirty. I came into Wendy's because I was excited for the Krabby patty meal (like a lot of people). I go to the order kiosk and order the entire meal (Krabby Patty, medium fries, and Pineapple under the Sea frosty). It costed me around $11 including tax. I wait for around 10 minutes, and my name gets called. Apparently they ran out of vanilla frosty, even though they allowed me to order the pineapple under the sea frosty that used vanilla frosty (forgot to mention, this is the first day that this specific frosty with the Krabby patty came out and was 1pm at lunch time). They first tried replacing it with a soda, but I refused because that would have costed me money for their mistake (soft drink with a meal was cheaper than the frosty, so I would've lost money because of them). I wait another 4 to 6 minutes, and I finally receive my incorrect meal. The fries were cold and the Krabby Patty was made wrong. It only had 1 slice of cheese when it was supposed to have 2. They also barely used any secret sauce (which sucked because I thought it tasted good). The only thing they did correctly was give me honey mustard when I asked for it. Using one of my favorite show's 25th anniversary to trick me into getting food that I didn't want has to be one of the worst fast food experiences in a long time. The only thing I ask of them is that they offer me a pineapple under the sea frosty (which again I paid for) or a full refund to make anything...
