To the foreign guy that was working tonight 9/27/25 Life sucks, I get it but when people are exchanging pleasantries with you and being respectful upon entering the store and all you could do was barely acknowledge them is very telling. It’s clear you were working by yourself and subway should be ashamed of themselves for putting the entire closing shift on one person, however I’ve worked in fast food before and never have I ever allowed my job to cause me to behave rudely to customers all because they want to order. Worse service I ever got from subway ,11/02/2024 Saturday evening.My daughter n I we were discussing which shop to order from Lefty’s or Subway.I went to lefty my daughter went to subway,I joined my daughter after I placed my order at lefty’s.While I looked at the subway menu ,a skinny small structure man ask if I need anything I told him to add Philly.He was pissed you can sense he’s not happy I ddnt order the sametime as my daughter .After he made Philly ,I ask him to add 4 cookies to the order, that made him even more pissed ,he shuts the cookie jar aggressively.Told him to cancel my order ,I’m not happy with his service .He immediately went to the register took out my money not even a word .I will never step foot in that subway .This business will close, no normal person will keep coming with...

Ordered 2 sandwich 80 minutes prior to close. I show up, no sandwiches. “Sorry we don’t have any bread, flatbread. I can make them on flatbread “ I say no, I want a refund since I prepaid via paypal. He says “let me make them on flatbread. I’ll give you 10% off”. He then spends several minutes fumbling at the register and then says “let me make your sandwiches on flatbread.” I tell him I’ll get my refund from PayPal and leave.
