I am very disappointed with the supervisor kim. She was extremely unethical and unprofessional and yelled at the top of her lungs at a new hire who is dealing with a severe health condition. She could have most certainly pulled him to the back office and had a civil conversation about what was going on but decided to do it in front of all the customers and employees. The new hire respectfully at that point declined the position after getting hired. I find her attitude was extremely disrespectful and feely hat for that kind of conduct she should be terminated. It's extremely unpleasant to be served by someone so toxic and I will for sure be calling the district manager as well as hr and the labor board! Avoid this one. Morning manager a real nasty young man, smokes by the back door daily and all day so as to let in the cig smoke into the restaurant. Smokey donuts not healthy or flavorful. This site has a weak free Wi-Fi but was told if you park in their lot for long periods of time you will get towed. Wow, what a jerk. Sloppy store overall and lots of trash on the ground and back dumpster fence is often not locked so animals can rummage thru it. Health department should look into that health hazard. I would’ve given a higher rating if it wasn’t for the service the last two times I’ve visited the east st location it was the same girl behind the counter who was unbelievable rude to me and a friend for someone in a customer service position. We were shocked especially considering that we weren’t making a complaint or giving her any kind of attitude to begin with just trying to order.
