Look, I typically like the food here very much. But the staffing is appalling. At any given time I see at Most 1 member of management team on the floor and often working a position despite maybe 9 staff members being present. Half of the staff members are folks that don’t know the job, or don’t know their heads from elsewhere unfortunately. No training appears to go on there. I often times see the general manager (at least thats who I think it is) sitting in the office regardless of how busy it is. This results in one poor supervisor having to work a position and work on managing the staff members who, again, are barely alive. More effort on the part of higher management would take this place out of whatever rut its been in for the past few years. Proper staff training is needed to mitigate the apparent lack of staff. The only person who I’ve personally enjoyed interacting with here was Ray, who is seemingly there daily. Sometimes I’ve come in the morning and have seen him, than have come at night, pretty late, and he’s still there! The whole dining room could use a clean. Covid-19 makes this task infinitely easier than it otherwise would be. But, the staff at the counter don’t seem very interested in doing this. Read moreThis Wendy's doesn't even deserve one star. The people working here are too busy with their own gossip to actually care about the orders that are being made. The one girl who took my order was completely rude and very aggressive towards me. Apparently the menu has changed but they have not changed their menu whatsoever through the drive-thru. I told her I wanted the original biggie bag. I did not receive the original biggie bag. The fries were cold and old and soggy. I asked for no ice in my drink and there was extra ice. When I pulled up to the windows all you could hear were the workers in the back gossiping and not doing their job. I've traveled all over the country. I've been to many a Wendy's and this is by for the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. This is something that is supposed to be quick and easy. I worked in food service for almost half my life. It is not that hard to do your job. I guess the real problem is finding people that care enough to do their job correctly. Read moreThe absolute worst experience I've ever had at wendy's. I ordered a salad on the app and checked in at the speaker. At the window I was asked if I wanted to substitute my salad. So I asked what other salads they had. She said she didn't know and had to ask. I was then told they literally only had 1 single salad left which was not the type of salad I would eat. So I requested to cancel. I then asked how I would get a refund. She assured me that the money would not leave my card until she hit submit. So I left Wendy's and went to the grocery store. At the checkout my card was declined because somehow I was charged. So I contacted wendy's right away, 3 days ago. I was told a refund request was put in. Yet I still don't have my money back and I'm now being told to wait another up to 2 days for someone to contact me. No food, no money and obviously no knowledge of how to run a company.
