There’s something seriously wrong with the management at this location. About a year ago I had a run in with a morning manager. The woman refused to make the breakfast order I placed 8 minutes before the end of breakfast. I placed it arrived at the store to find my order not done and she said it was now too late breakfast was over, that’s already wrong but the bigger issue was her attitude and the fact it appeared normal for her to get in full blown arguments with customers. I’m not a confrontational person at all, I don’t even like complaining about my food I’ll usually suck it up and eat it. So anyways then today my wife & I place orders. I pull in the parking lot place my order and head in the store 2 minutes later, expecting to wait as I ordered a QP meal which are usually made fresh. I get in there and to my surprise the food is done. I get in the car and my buns are hard and cold, the burger was hot so clearly the buns just came out of the cooler/freezer and the fries were cold. My wife takes it in and is INSTANTLY met with attitude and confrontation. The lady is trying to say we ordered it before we got here but said we were there and it was made over 10 min ago, which again I had just placed it in the parking lot. She says I made that at 2:41 it’s been over 10 minutes, it took another customer to point out that the CURRENT time after getting my food, going to my car, checking it and my wife going inside it’s 2:46. The worker couldn’t comprehend at this point it’s only been 5 minutes but somehow she continues to argue she made it over 10 minutes ago. What’s crazy is I messaged my wife as she entered the store and said don’t let them treat you like trash that’s what they do here and wouldn’t you know. Thankfully that other customer jumped to my wife’s defense. Then the workers began loudly talking trash about my wife trying to shame her. Don’t work in customer service if your just an ignorant attitude driven person, it’s like it’s part of the application and hiring process here you must have serious attitude and confront customers...
Read moreThe girl with orange and blonde hair working night shift should be fired! We ordered a simple order : 2 regular cheeseburgers and 4 double cheeseburgers with only cheese and ketchup. She got our order wrong not once, not twice, but three times! And even after the third time, it was still wrong! When we tried calmly explaining our order, she rudely walked away from us mid-sentence instead of listening to what we were trying to say to help her. Everything was drowning in condiments (ketchup and mustard). She was supposed to remake the burgers but chose not to. She just scraped everything off and threw the burgers together. After three times of messing up the order, the double cheeseburgers STILL had onions and mustard on them and the wrappers had bits of lettuce falling out (my family member has allergies!). The regular cheeseburgers had no onion and tons of pickles. Again, everything was drowning in condiments to the point of being inedible! She tried giving us complimentary fries for the trouble, but the fries genuinely had stroke-level amounts of salt on them. So those were inedible too. I understand everyone makes honest mistakes, but after the second time of messing up a very simple order... it seems like all of this was done spitefully. And judging by the reviews, it seems my suspicions may be accurate. Either way, I will never be back to...

I ordered a double cheese burger with no pickles. So they took the pickles off Instead of making me a new sandwich okay cool thanks. I have zero problem with that , as I Certainly would have eaten it if my bun was not hard on one side. I hate asking for new food if there is a problem with it. I was so hungry and I just wanted to eat and move on with my day. When I asked for a new sandwich she asked what was wrong I explained myself and they brought me a "new fresh sandwich". I felt so bad asking for a new one but like I said I was really hungry. Anyways yayyy!! I got a fresh new one, so they said. That was a lie, Not to mention they microwaved it so much that all the cheese came off my sandwiche and it was all stuck to the paper it was wrapped in. Had to wait at least 5 minutes before I could even try to eat the new one because it was so freaking hot, now I know why she brought it to the table wrapped in napkins. This all happen today around 11:05 AM.
AM!!! Shouldn't everything still be fresh for lunch if lunch hour just...
