This was the best all around experience I’ve ever had. The customer service is top notch, the owner took time away from his hard work and came to chat, simply to get to know us and laugh with us. That goes such a long way and it’s been a long time since we have experienced a business that feels so comfortable and friendly. Every person in that bakery is nothing but kind. Now about the food. To put it simply it’s the best baked goods and pastries you will EVER try. Truly. Gluten free or not it’s the best. You seriously can not tell it’s gluten free. There are not words good enough to describe the flavor it’s out of this world. The bread is the best texture and flavor ever. The pastries are decadent, flavorful, and not heavy. The scone oh my gosh the scone was perfect. The quiche was extraordinary— I can’t even pick a favorite. The quality of these items are top notch. All of this for a price that is reasonable and affordable. My husband who usually hates gluten free items asked for more and was shocked by how good it was. Flourless Patisserie aka as Flourless bakery had their soft opening yesterday and it was over the top amazing! I couldn’t stop trying everything! This is the only place you can find GF Canelé and it is such a special treat for those of us unable to have gluten. Also, the products are so good you can enjoy bringing your non GF friends and family and they would not know the difference. Richard the amazing baker and owner has perfected his crust so you must try the lemon meringue tart!!! If you miss McDonald’s apple pies…you can have them again and enjoy those foods you miss. I booked a pizza night with Flourless Bakery for an early Halloween dinner party for my mother in-law, her two close friends, my husband and I. Richard of Flourless graced us with his culinary talents and created an amazing dining experience consisting of delicious gluten free pesto focaccia bread, pizzas and desserts!
