Moo & Brew — Restaurant in Placerville

My wife and I just decided to try this place, we love our boba tea and drinks in general, and I have to say, this is the best boba and drink shop we’ve ever been to. I tried the Oreo Thai boba blended, my wife had the lavender chai boba also blended (blended drinks for life haha). Well, they were both fantastic. The boba is also the best boba we’ve ever had, texture, flavor, just perfect. I could snack on them. Madison was our bobarista and she’s very friendly and knows how to make a good drink, we’re very happy to have found Moo and Brew, and we will be back likely every single time we pass through placerville, can’t get enough. I hate to leave bad reviews but the owner needs to understand that these young workers there need to be trained! At no fault of the workers, (I truly think that’s the case), it took 30 minutes to get 3 iced lattes, and when we received them, they are just ice, espresso, and a lotttt of the flavored syrup. These poor kids were stressed to the max for something that honestly is simple. (Ice, espresso, milk, syrup). Pleaaaaaase train them AND make sure they have the syrups in stock! Stopped by on a trip through the area on HWY 50. Greeted with a warm welcome and positive energy throughout. They helped me find a drink that fit what I was craving given my need for caffeine, not sugar. The iced mango green tea was delicious and hit the spot on the hot afternoon.
