I typically give good reviews and or just not review if anything was not the best but passable. This time was so bad I have to share. Before I do, let me tell you why we decided to not go back. We corrected/directed 3 times and it still went bad. We pulled in and screen was blank, hard to look at order when screen is broken, ok things break so let's move on we said but strike one. We ordered and had to direct the lady I believe twice but for sure once and again hard to justify because screen broke so we were depending on her reading back the order to us, pull up to pay and we told the cashier to make sure all cheeseburger meals were to be plain, we pay and move one. We pull to the next window, they gave us 1 flurry instead of 2, we told them it's 2 and she asked us what it was ( it shows on there screen🤔 was it broke inside too?) we told her what it was so that was a back and forth and we leave only because they said thanks have a good evening, they close the window and I pulled away and my wife was checking burgers and two were wrong and also forgot to give us our drinks. Several more strikes, we could of gone back but believe me when I say this. We had to correct many times we were sure it was useless to go back. Read moreHonestly only reason I'm making this is because the manager that runs this morning shift is awful. I come here more than I should lol, but anytime it's this manager working in the morning I know my food will be wrong. My drinks will be wrong. And I'm gonna have to deal with her nasty attitude when I try and tell them "hey I got a hot coffee not ice coffe can I please get the hot one" I've had so many times where she gets rude and tries to force the iced drink onto me. She Trys to argue that I didn't order hot even tho the receipt Clearly says I ordered hot. Today she did the same thing luckily one of the sweet workers just remade me the hot one. I mean it so bad that today when I pulled up to the speaker and was told "one moment" at the speaker then was ignored and watched two other cars in the other line get served. I tried to say hello and no response I had to leave the line I was in and go to the other line just to order. BTW at that point I was the only person in line no other cars. Every single time that grumpy rude large lady is the manger service sucks. The whole team looks stressed. And it's in general an unpleasant experience. Everytime she's not there the service and food are out of this world. But when she managing its the worst. I get a knot in my stomach everytime I see she's working. As the store's grill master, I have had the pleasure of working in the kitchen for more than three years. The food is standard McDonald's quality, a staple of today's society. Each bite you take of our signature burgers transports you into the void of the reality all of us live in, the reality of quick food. We live in an point of time where you can cook and make an entire burger in less than a minute, what a maricle. What an absolute feat, that the struggles of our ancestors have led us to this point. Like many fast food places, there is a constant struggle to hire and retain good employees. This is not a fault of the business, rather a shortcoming of our community. It is a firm belief of mine that every citizen between the ages 16 and 24 should be mandated to work in fast-food for no less than 3 years. If your wait exceeds your expectations, blame our government for allowing this short-staffing to occur. We do what we can with love, and make up for the rest with quality.
