Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Plainfield Township

I love Rita’s ice cream but one male staff member in particular has been terrible. I get the same guy every time I go and he always gives a half portion. I asked if he could fill it up more and he gave me a smart answer saying “Would you like more ice cream or sprinkles?” Obviously more ice cream cause it was basic half empty. I went again today and got a different guy and it seemed like he was telling him to give a smaller portion. Is it just me or is the portion you get at Ritas? My girlfriend ordered a vanilla/chocolate custard twist on a cone and received vanilla custard in a bowl. The girl who waited on her dumped the bowl onto a cone and handed it back. The only reason my girlfriend didn't ask to fix entire order was because she didnt want to cause problems for the girl. What a waste of time! We got there well before 9pm, waited in line as one employee worked the counter and the other employee was cleaning up in the back.
