By the way, someone mislabeled the meal prices in their review. If it were $20-30 for an individual meal, I would not eat fast food. Must have been referring to 3 plates. The plates start at $10 and are up to $13. So it's very budget friendly. I don't eat at most places because places just arent affordable.

I ordered the coco shrimp option. The coco shrimp and sweet and spicy plates are the fried options. All options come with delicious buttered rice and salad. The salad dressings available are garlic & poppyseed. I enjoyed the shrimp and rice. The salad itself, not the dressing, was off. Was either not fresh, or it was refrigerated uncovered. Will revise my review if the salad is consistently better for my next few visits. But the salad is perfection with all the right ingredients otherwise. Has potential with that salad. Otherwise, my experience was perfect with the cleanliness, the Hawaiian themed ambiance and the exceptional customer service. All to warrant a second visit. Keep it up, especially the customer service, and I'll be back for more. Also, because i never heard of this place, i went to their website to the about us section. They opened their first location in 2015 in Fort Worth, Texas! The second in North Ft Worth, third in Watauga, 4th in Richardson and fifth in Plano. I visited on 8/13/2024. Today is 8/15/2024. So this all happened in less than 9 YEARS! It's mind blowing. To think they opened a shop right before and another during covid. Congratulations to these 2 couples. Employ only the best and perform quality check pop-ups to make sure your shop runs this way consistently to protect your rep and brand, and I'll...

Pleasantly surprised!!! I was not expecting the explosion of flavor nor the abundance of food that comes in each dish. The exterior gave me false impression of a basic white wall’ed dining experience but they definitely jazzed up the space with live plants, surf boards and fishing decor. This concept is a stunning example of mastering a few menu items and executing them exceptionally well… 6 pieces of shrimp, a salad and buttered rice. I had the sweet and spicy shrimp & my husband had the lemon herb both with the ginger salad dressing. My husband is not a small dude, when he eats he expects volume of food to sustain his very active life style and CoCo Shrimp definitely delivered!! I even had three shrimps & rice left over for lunch the next day. Both our orders were delivered to the table in a very quick amount of time - so perfect for those weekday quick lunches away from the office. My sweet and spicy shrimp was deliciously warm and zingy and full of flavor. The butter rice was definitely soft and every grain was delectable. I definitely appreciated the hand washing station to quickly wash off any sticky or shrimpy juices before we left to go about the rest of our day. Over all I cannot stress enough about how much I enjoyed our midweek lunch here and can see this being a regular spot in our...

Having been intrigued by this morning’s Yelp suggestion, I just knew that we were in for a treat. Hawaiian Seafood? I’m there! First visit and I’m already hooked.

Rustic, eclectic, and modern flair with a cool, welcoming vibe. From the time you walk in, the energy is palpable and the atmosphere is inviting. You order at the register and the food is delivered to a table of your choosing. Everyone we encountered was helpful and attentive. Kortni made Menu suggestions and got to meet Mike - one of the managers on the floor. We even purchased t-shirts with the restaurant’s name and logo.

The rice was fragrant, fluffy, and complemented the succulent, tender garlic butter shrimp. Furthermore, the dish delivered a delightful yet delicate balance of flavors. The salad was plentiful and served as the perfect accompaniment to the entire meal. The ginger dressing was out of this world and I love that it comes on the side so you can control the amount.

Generous portions, reasonable prices, and was presented in a paper box for ease and convenience. What more could one ask for? Bonus points for resembling the photos I saw online.

Definitely returning to try the Coco Taco and other shrimp flavors and adding this to our list of Frisco...

Pretty solid experience. Coco Shrimp specializes in Hawaiian Shrimp plate lunches. We got the Coco Shrimp and the butter garlic. Coco shrimp were breaded and fried well. The salad dressing was very refreshing and I believe they make it in house. The rice was pretty soggy and mushy though. They smother it in butter, which is nice at first but can be overpowering as you eat more. The butter garlic could use more of a garlic flavor as well. Overall, pretty good vibe but the manager was a bit over the top in asking everyone single person if the food was delicious and asking to tell others about it. If the food is delicious, it should speak for itself.
