Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Plano

This store is horrible. I placed an order on 7/08/2020 and recieved pizza that was not cooked. When asked to take a survey, I provided the information and was asked to give them another chance and accept a complimentary pizza. Since this was my first time ordering from this store, I decided to accept the offer. So, I placed my next order yesterday 8/8/2020 only to receive pizza and cheesy bread that again was not cooked. Instead of calling the store and going off I decided to wait until the next day so I could speak to someone and speak calmly. Well, the guy who answered the phone was nice and I asked to speak to a supervisor. Another guy gets on the phone and at first refused to provide his name. After asking several times, he finally stated his name is Collin. I advised this is my 2nd time placing an order only to recieve food that was not cooked all the way. His response was to remake my order. There was no apology that his store made another mistake at all. I advised after recieving a second order that was not cooked I did not trust the store. He responded with "ma'am I can OVER COOK it for you if you would like"!! I don't want food that is over cooked, I just wanted my pizza cooked right. When I advised I wanted a refund, he finally refunded my money. I then explained he didn't even offer me an apology for the mistake and I would like corporates phone number. His response was "ok" but I had to ask for it twice before he even gave it to me. This store #6932 will never get my business again. Used to be 5 stars until today. Driver informed me I would have to come out to his car to get my order since my apt community enforces towing. Uncovered parking is open to everyone, but since the manager has made it policy not to allow the drivers to park, I had to hobble down the stairs on my injured ankle to get my order. Upon getting my order upstairs, I found that the two orders of sauce I ordered were not there. I called the driver and was told it would be 40 minutes before he could bring me the rest of my order. If you're going to make people come out to your car to pick up their orders after they've been charged a delivery fee, at least get the orders right. I called the store and was told I would receive a credit for an order of bread & sauce, but she didn't bother to take my information. Both the driver and the girl on the phone were rude. I guess they would prefer not to deliver to my apt community and are trying to discourage any future orders. Congratulations. It worked. I will no longer order Domino's. I will also attend my resident meeting to let other residents know the new Domino's policy of not bringing our orders to our doors, so they can decide if they want Domino's that much. I think I'll also write a letter to headquarters in case this is against their overall customer...

Horribly slow service, poor quality food, & overpriced. Domino's sent me a coupon for a free pizza for signing up with rewards program. However the website doesn't have a place to enter the code. Upon contacting Dominos' I was transferred to the local store and 3 different times they would answer and hang up. Guess they were to busy to say hello can you please wait. Finally the website coupon page opened a tab for the coupon but at checkout the order was denied as it didn't meet minimum requirement for delivery. A half an hour later the order was placed. I watched the GPS tracker and noticed is sat in quality check for long time. looks like they help the order so they could deliver to another house in my neighborhood as the driver sat by the park for 5 minutes. The result was an hour delivery. The pizza arrived under cooked with doughy crust and by the time I ordered extra wings it took an Hour and a Half to get wings and a free pizza that cost me $21. I can already see by all the 1 star reviews that this is normal for this location and I expect to get the same spam response from team bailey apologizing and promising 5 star service. Here's my advice team bailey, go to your store and answer the phone. But don't ask me for an email as I'll NEVER order from you AGAIN! Goodbye Domino's W...
