Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up.

First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos.

The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered!

I wanted to give a shoutout to the team that was there on 1/24 when they had a gas leak. Myself and 5 coworkers placed an order for pickup and when we got there they had just reopened because there was a gas leak! Obviously our food wasn't ready and they were doing their best to get the ovens warmed up and the lights back on. The young man working the register really went above and beyond in giving us amazing service. He personally pushed through our refunds and was thoughtful enough to call us to confirm that he would take care of everything a few hours later. I just called the Potbelly at 15th and 75, to place 5 simple lunch orders for our law office. After taking more than ten minutes to place the order because he didn't seem to understand what I was saying, he informed me I couldn't pick up the food before 12:45. It was 11:25 when I placed the call. He told me in this manner 'You know you aren't getting your food before 12:45, right?'
