Clearly arranged "superstore" in comparison with regional stores but lacking fresh produce, bakery, fresh meat and seafood departments. Given the abundant square footage, there must be well planned reasons for the omission, and it certainly does not detract from visiting the store since it compensates wonderfully by offering Turkish daily use products.
Finally, I found an automated Turkish Coffee Maker. I wish there was one in the store where I could "try-and-buy" rather than mess up the first-time experiment at home. The range of cezve/ibrik was underwhelming. Why not offer us "ignorant" people (who have never visited Turkey) similar products from Kastamonu? Also, two observations on the topic of coffee. Noticed some flavored brands that could be perceived as eclectic being mixed with "spices" from other regions - obvious cardamom and then saffron and pistachio. Why do all Nuri Toplar coffee cans have 06/09/2024 as the manufacturing date - Amazon vendors and two local retailers have this marking for the last 10 months on their shelves!
I am accustomed to seeing large bags of flour and rice, but never before have I seen such large bags of diverse Bulgur - very nice. A dedicated aisle for sweet tooth lovers, of course, with very reasonable (viz. wholesale as advertised) prices.
All the well known Turkish brands (for frozen meat and cured by-products) have many of their products on sale here. Two classic Bosporus seafood were present in the frozen section - small mackerel and bonito fillets.
In short, a very good experience, and it will definitely take me months to try out just a few of the specialties here -- so much on offer, so...

The selection was incredible — from some fresh produce, bakery items, and meat products to an amazing variety of Turkish snacks, spices, dairy, and household goods. Every aisle was filled with high-quality products that transported me straight to a market in Istanbul.
What made the experience even better was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and eager to assist. It felt like more than just a store — it felt like a little slice of Turkish hospitality right in the heart of Texas.
And the prices? Very fair — especially considering the quality and the variety offered. Whether you’re Turkish, Middle Eastern, or simply curious about Mediterranean cuisine, Altin Grocery is a place you’ll want to return to again and again.
