Highly professional staff, were exceptionally polite and is why this is a 2 star review rather than a 1.
I ordered the Country Breakfast and for context, I am unable to eat pork. I notified the Cashier and was informed of some alternatives, I chose the sausage after I was informed it was a beef patty. I had also ordered scrambled eggs after being told that the eggs were real.
So my food gets to my table. The eggs were fake, the sausage was pork and the coffee provided was incredibly poor in quality.
Understandably, I try to flag someone down politely to ask for either a refund or a redo. It takes over twenty minutes with multiple servers passing my table before I finally had to get up and make my way to the front of house to explain the situation.
While I was offered a redo, the amount of misleading suggestions given had worn on me and I decided against chancing a redo. No refund was offered. This was an absolute waste of 11+ dollars and a dreadful experience.
I wish this place was more friendly and honest to those with dietary restrictions. This is...
Read moreHORRIBLE customer service! No greeter upon entry! Menu was not readily visible upon entry. No one asks; "Is this your first time in and are you familiar with our menu." The prepared quiche florentine, I had, was not fresh; crust was hard like a brick; and the server did not offer a fresh one that was out when we left. Food was room temp; at best! Coffee tasted like it had been sitting awhile. The server was "short" and treated us like we should know what we want, already. Never saw a manager walk around to ask how everything was. Didn't know we could order a chef prepare breakfast; no one told us! It's cafeteria style ordering; the pits! Checkout girl had a serious issue with my girl checking out; bypassed her and took the (white) woman behind her first! I was getting my wallet out of the car; but, I was back in time to keep our place in line before clerk took the woman behind us. Very uninviting environment. Prices were reasonable; but, if you visit do not order alacart; too expensive. Food, if fresh, could...
Read moreIt's ALWAYS something with this location. I've tried giving them multiple chances for the past few years with consistent results. If they don't forget to give you part of your meal, they salt the food until it's COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. They can't even get their curbside pick-up straight. 20 minutes after calling for curbside pick-up, nothing happened.
[Update] Thinking we'd give this location one LAST CHANCE, we tried dinning in instead of a pickup order. During the meal an employee decided to open the upwind dumpster, and leave it open. The smell of rotting garbage quickly put an end to our appetite. Even politely suggesting to staff that the open dumpster was causing a problem with the "atmosphere," and should be closed, didn't result in action.
BTW, save your money... CostCo has ORGANIC tomato soup that tastes better, and costs less. Oh, and marketing? Saying your tomato soup is gluten free, is like saying your soup is asbestos free. You would have to add wheat for there to be gluten...
