DO NOT come to plano location unless you want to be harassed by plano police when you leave. Plano police stalks this place and will immediately pull you over when leaving the parking lot. This is the second time this has happened to me in the past month they pull you over for no good reason and will make up something you did like failure to signal lane change etc then ask to search your car and when you refuse they call for k9 unit to sniff you out anyways I never carry anything in car nor do i even use but the dog has given the alert both times and they will then search you and your car anyways even against consent once dog gives the alert. Cops never do write a ticket after they find nothing because they are pulling you over for imaginary traffic violations (and are prolly doing an illegal search with a fake alert) and simply pull people over for simply leaving this place as officer Rogers eventually admitted last night he only pulled me over because he saw me and my wife pulling out of Retro Revolution there was no traffic violation that ever took place. I'm surprised this place has not shut down with the how much plano police is harassing their customers. I'm filing a complaint on officer B Rogers for harassment and the owner of this place should do the same as they are scaring away good customers that spend money at their store. I am a long time customer of this place and have been coming here since they were next door and when Kim and Fletch used to run this place and i do love the store but it's just not worth dealing with the plano cop drama even if u aren't carrying anything cops will detain you against your will for near an hour to do a ridiculously long search of your car since police is so certain that everyone that comes here has drugs it's total madness and against the law. Plano police has a serious hard on for this place and anyone that comes here but don't seem to care about gas pipe that is right down the street so if u do come here just do so with caution especially if it's at night because both incidents with me...

My wife and I were enjoying our day off until we walked into Retro Revolution Plano! Being our first time in this shop, we were taking our time and looking at everything. We had found a few really nice treasures as we made our way around and were just about to add a bit more when out of no where we were asked to leave. I am at a loss as to why, we were not being offensive, we were not being loud or unruly, we did not say any of the forbidden words or phrases. I never saw anything about a time limit on looking at the merchandise and there is alot to browse through. Unfortunately, I am left to wonder, were we taking to long admiring the amazing selection or maybe the attendants made the mistake of assuming we wouldn't be a high ticket sale or possibly it was the fact that we are proud members of the LGBT community. Whatever the reason may be, this type of behavior is misrepresenting the business as a whole. I am truly hurt over Retro Revolution actions and will never return to any of...

Had a pleasant experience here for the most part. Staff was very polite and helpful. I went in for a new bowl for my water pipe and was sold on a unique teacup design. Was stoked about my purchase and went to go use it and found it had manufacturer defects. The bottom portion of the bowl that seats onto the down stem was warped and bent to the left. What appears happened is the glass was too hot when this bowl was made causing it to slant over.

Mistakes happen and Retro tried to remedy the issue. I took off the sticker so they wouldn't take it back. No biggie, its their rules I'm not gonna complain. I want to give this joint 5 stars but the quality control is lacking. If the inventory was examined before offered for sale this would have been avoided.

Once again, great experience other than my product. I'll be coming back, but make sure you check all your glass before purchase. Shoutout to Brian and Brandon for the great customer service.
