I really like the feng shui this place, small lil boba tea shop in front of main event Plano, (next to an Indian restaurant and a red wings as of writing this review) I went in yesterday for a classic milk tea at 30% sweetness it exceeded my expectations. The tea tasted fresh and the milk wasn’t powdery. She gave me a plenty of tapioca. The service was very friendly. It was so good that I came back in the next day and my friend ordered a time milk tea. He really enjoyed it and then I got a honey milk tea, which was surprisingly an upgrade to the classic milk tea it was everything I wanted and did not overpower the drink. Will come back and I want to try their mango drinks. Like any bubble tea places your sweetness, and I trust this place because every sweetness I’ve ordered it’s on the money.

Great drinks, great atmosphere and great customer service! I haven't found anything on the menu I don't like! The staff also has great recommendations if you haven't had boba or if you want to change up your regular order and try something new. I recommend getting drinks at 80% sugar... which is another neat thing about ShareTea. You can adjust your sweetness level. My personal favorite to get is black milk tea at 50% w/ ice cream put in it! When I'm sick I really enjoy their hot drinks too!

We got to try share tea for the first time yesterday, one of the co workers were talking about tea with the ice cream in it! They said it was so good so we got strawberries, smoothie with ice cream and ice matcha fresh milk and also iced coffee with coffee jelly. The staff he’s so nice and take time to explain each drink and definitely going back for more yummy drinks

Sharedtea is always my go to place for tapioca. Love this location as it is next to work. So convenient for me to grab my favorite Oolong Milk Tea on the way home. It has never failed me. The tapioca is always soft and the Oolong Tea has the perfect amount of tea and milk ration. The staff is always nice and friendly. My kids likes the Thai Milk Tea and my SIL likes the Wintermelon Tea from here as well.

On one occasion which was my fault, I forgot to tell them I wanted tapioca and they already made it. The young lady made me a new one without any charge. I told her I would pay for it as it is my fault. Now that’s customer service. Thank you.

Will always be back. Keep up the good work. Would definitely...

Sharetea is a really good choice when it comes to bubble tea (I recommend you NOT to get their black milk tea though!) Their tapioca normally has great texture as well as a plentiful supply in your drink. One thing I do not like about Sharetea is their music because not all of it is child-friendly (some have swears and inappropriate name calling.) In general, their music is loud so it isn't a great place to do homework (if you can't focus in that environment.) But overall, I believe that Sharetea is a great place to order-out...
