Update: 1/13/21: After this review, BWW cooperate responded quickly and asked that I contact the location that I visited. I did so right away. They responded the next day asking for more info and my receipt so that they could explore what happened. Apparently I was just unaware of how their service works so this was not an issue with poor service rather it was me not understanding the BWW process. The only suggestion I could make at this point would be that the server ask how they would like the food to come out, especially when it is a family of 4 with 2 kids and not a table full of dudes drinking beer and watching the game, (which I have done before). All has been resolved and I will surely visit them again. Thanks BWW for your response. Bellow is our email chain for those that care to read it... Hello Stephen,
I came across your guest comment and first, I want to apologize for the experience we created for you and your party last week. I would like to make it up to you in any way I can.
I just need some more information about the visit so that it'll help me coach and prevent any issues for the future.
Do you happen to have a receipt of the visit? If not, do you remember who your server was? Maybe give me the description of what they look like? As well as items that were ordered, so I can look up the receipt.
Please let us know so I can get this resolved for you.
Thank you for taking the time and letting us know about your experience.
-Carie Bass Hospitality Manager Per your request, attached is the receipt from our visit. Please let me know if you need anything else for training purposes.
Thanks. Steve We train our servers to let guests know food comes out individually once, its hot and ready, but it is ultimately up to our guests to choose if they want the food to come out once ready, or all together. So, Again, this is all for training purposes and I would like to make it up to you overall.
I was able to look up your itemized receipt and I would like to refund the meal portion of your recent visit. If that is okay?
All I need is the last 4 digits of the VISA that you used. I can submit the request for a refund, and it'll take up to 5 to 10 business days for it to go through. If that is okay with you?
-Carie Well if that is your policy and a normal practice then I guess it's just me not being used to how BWW works as I have not been there in a long time. Everything else about our visit was fine. The wait staff was very nice and responsive and the food was great. I'm just used to eating together with the family and found it out of the ordinary when we ended up all eating at separate times.
It will not be necessary to provide a refund. As I said, the food was great. I really liked the food and atmosphere. I'll be sure to request everything be served together next time.
Thank you for your prompt response.
Steve. Original review:
Very disappointing. The cost is high but the quality of service is low. I was in a party of 4 and after we ordered, our food was brought out to us one person at a time with about 10-15 minutes between each dish coming out. I did not receive my salad until after the 3rd dish was brought out (about 30 mins), and by the time I received my meal, my wife was already done eating. One would think that with the ever rising prices that we would at least get some kind of quality for our hard earned money. Guess not. Not sure what the problem is here, maybe poor management? I don't know but I sure was...
Read moreI wish I could leave less stars but I can’t leave less than one. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. It took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged to get sat at a table. Then another 10 minutes for someone to even approach the table to take a drink order. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive and it was all cold. When we finally did receive our parties food we were missing my order. The waiter then told us that he would go grab the missing item. 20 minutes later he comes by to tell me he forgot to add order at all. While he was at the table he was told that the wings we received were cold. They proceeded to being out another fresh set of wings before I received my first meal. Fifteen minutes later I finally got my meal (an hour and a half in). I was done and not hungry anymore. I proceeded to get up to go to the restroom to wash my hands and leave and realized the bathroom was discussing. There were paper towels and litter all over the place. I was confused until I finished and went to throw my own paper towel away. Come to find out they didn’t even have a trash can in the entire bathroom. After this whole experience you could clearly tell the manager was purposely avoiding our table and refused to talk to us. My husband purposely tried to flag the manager down and he promptly turned the other way and went to hide in the kitchen. At this point I was done and left to go to the car. My husband and friend stayed behind to try to speak to the manager for the forgotten meal that was still on the bill and our friends got charged a second meal for the wings that were too cold and a refill on a soda. I have never heard of refills for soft drinks. They were told that the items would not be taken off the bills and most importantly I had to bring back the food that wasn’t even ordered until over an hour later to get the item removed. This all came from the waiter because the manager was still refusing to man up and fix the issue. I not only will never return to this Buffalo Wild Wings. I can’t say I ever want to return to any Buffalo Wings in...
Read moreI purchased the BOGO and expected a great value deal. When I got home the wings were the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life. I understand you are smaller then Pluckers but bigger than Wingstop. This time they were even smaller than wingstop. I took pictures to post on social media. I have small fingers and the wings were smaller than my little pinky. That is how small they were. They were mini wings. I was shocked. Do you purposely use smaller wings on BOGO nights in order to trick the customers into thinking they are getting a deal? It normally takes about 10-12 of your wings to stuff me. I had to eat at least 20 of these mini wings to feel full. It was no value at all but a simple bait and switch. I tried to call the facility the next day a few times and was on hold then got a message nobody is available to take your call. I tried again 2 days later and got the same thing 4 times over a 90 minute period. Then i finally got the service manager and stated all what I typed above. He apologized and assumed me that they use the same size wings on BOGO days and some may be a little smaller. I explained they were ALL smaller not just a few. He did say they had a different vendor due to the chicken shortage but should be the same time. He said he can understand if that gives me doubt to come back in the future. What?? He never offered to make things right or convince me to come back. Even a little 10 dollar gift card to avoid me posting on social media would have made me feel like he cared about my concerns. The product was horrible and the managers ability to handle the situation was horrible. I will not be back. I would rather pay more for Pluckers and get better and more consistent service.
As an update I filled out the survey that was emailed to me at the time of the purchase and stated the same thing as on here. It’s been weeks and have not heard a peep as the owner below said they would make it right. Owner response is the same for all complaints with no intention...
