Today I got the son of the baconator and a 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets with buttermilk and ghost pepper ranch. The burger was not good in general. The meat was awful and the square shape made the meat seem even weirder and also psychologically made me hate it even more. The beef also had an extremely weird flavor that has tasted like no beef iâve ever tasted before and nearly made me vomit. I ate my order in the car only a few minutes after receiving it and the bun was extremely soggy making me question the practices in the kitchen and how long ago my baconator was made. However the sauce combination was very good and the bacon was crispy and really good saving the burger⌠sort of. The spicy chicken nuggets however were really good and went well with the buttermilk and ghost pepper ranch. I just wish the nuggets were a bit spicier but the chicken nuggets and ghost pepper ranch was the best thing I had today.
Might come back for the nuggets but if i see another wendyâs burger...
Read moreI normally love Wendy's and have no issues. But this was a first visit to this Coit location using the drive-thru. I ordered a 4pc chicken tender meal medium combo with sweet ice tea. I take my lunch to go to work. But boxed was 3 tenders instead of 4!!! It was not the deal this pregnant working lady needed today. Service at the pick up window was subpar, I had to asked 3 times for honey mustard sauce for my tender when asking if I could have some to put in the bag. But I got ketchup for the fries. The employee stared blankly at me but ended up giving me 1 sauce packet which was apparently enough for my shorted tenders I found out later. Needless to say I wasn't offered a receipt but should have asked for one. $7.24 for 3 tenders combo wasn't worth the drive back to get the missing tender. For lunch I debated to go to Raising Canes, I should have listened to my instincts than to go for the more...
Read moreIn a service oriented business, it's the small things that count. I didn't complain about the water under my salad(gross). I didn't complain when my daughter got chicken strips instead of nuggets. However, After buying combos ($24.00+ bill), my 2 daughters went up to get $. 99 cookies and they were charged over $1.40(with tax). So they couldn't afford 2 cookies with their money. When I went to the counter the excuse was that the computer wouldn't let them and I should've gotten the cookies with the combos. So on a $24.00+ticket they wouldn't give my daughters the $.41 off the cookie. The manager then confirmed nothing could be done and was very quick to give out the district managers information. I don't like to eat where they take money from kids and have to bow down to the almighty computer. Customer service is everything. I won't be returning or bringing my team...
