Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Plant City

I placed and online and the website gives you a 10 minute approximation of when the order is ready for pickup. I walked in at the beginning of that 10 minute approximation and inquired if the order was ready. The manager made a comment in the back to the person looking up my order after they told me it wasn't made yet but they would make it at that moment. The manager said "why would they show up early for their pizza?" I was merely there to pick up as soon as it was done to ensure on my part that it would be as fresh as possible. I felt like that comment was unprofessional and uncalled for no matter what the circumstances. The pizza sauce was real light and dried the pizza out after 15 minutes. Overall not pleased. Management is to blame since it all starts...

Owner is incredibly cheap and rude. This location does not honor any specials or coupons. BOGO Tuesdays do NOT exist at this location! They do NOT honor any sales ads you may see or hear, and they short you on toppings.The Owner has a possibly questionable opinion of people that are not of the same creed as him as well. Last two times including tonight we ordered online and the driver forgot our sauces. Tonight I actually called and requested that they bring them seeing as how we had a big/ expensive order. That was over an hour ago and they still haven’t come back even with manager telling me over the phone that he would give us extra for the inconvenience, oh well now we’re all done eating anyway. The pizza was fresh and hot but I requested extra sauce on one pizza and I guess they read the order as less sauce because it was bone dry. My wife flat out said her pizza didn’t taste right.
