This is the second time in the past two weeks that my partner and I have not been satisfied with the level of service we received at this location. Both times we had to finally ask for our breakfast to be boxed up as it was well over a half an hour after we ordered that the food was coming to the table. Having to be at work in 15 minutes, we had to leave. Today we arrived at 10:45am, we’re seated immediately and then waited for over 20minutes to have our order taken, after I finally asked for someone to take our order. The order then took another 20+ minutes but we had to ask it to be boxed up. The overall atmosphere in the restaurant appeared very chaotic and disorganized- the person at the register was also getting take out orders and was also appearing to work as the expediter in the kitchen. I’ve been here many times during the pandemic when capacity was limited and never had any problems with the service. Now that they are open to full capacity as well as take out orders, seems that they cannot handle the extra influx of customers on top of take out orders. I don’t know if it’s a lack of staff or a lack of staff coordination or even management’s ability to understand capacity management or operational efficiency. Really think they need to get organized quick or the business may really suffer. Read moreThe service I received today was horrible. My order was guaranteed to be ready at 11:00. It is now 11:36 and my order is still not ready. Once I got my food I checked to make sure everything was correct. The last time me and my coworkers ordered here I made the mistake of not checking the bags and we were missing several items. So just like this time we were missing items. The server got the manager and advised the manager was the one that bagged my order. Once the manager came I was trying to explain what items I was missing and she completely dismissed me and was very rude. I tried to explain that I had the same issue last time I was here and she stated I’m not worried about last time we’re talking about this time. She completely brushed me off and was trying to tell me what I ordered abs argued with me that I didn’t know what I ordered. I then pulled Ilya my itemized receipt and showed her that she was in fact incorrect. I then advised that the burger was supposed to have no picketed as the person is allergic to pickles. She took the burger and rudely started yelling to the cook about the burger. This has been the worst experience I have ever had especially since I was advised that the manager was in fact the store manager. The server who greeted me and my family, took about 8 minutes to bring the drinks the started preparing maybe a minute after we were sat. I know 8 minutes isn't an extremely long time, but when the restaurant is empty and you can actually see the server start to make the drinks, an asks you again to confirm your drinks it seems kind of ridiculous. Then the food comes to the table my mash potatoes had distinct flavor of dish water my Mother said mop water my uncle said hand soap. I had them last week and they were perfect. I didn't like the way the second server made it seem like it was my taste buds were malfunctioning with a nonchalant attitude i mean it seems like she was having a bad day. But she was disrespectful i guess i was annoying her because i wasn't satisfied with the taste of those nasty mash potatoes. Then lilliana (i think thats what she said) her accent was hard for me to understand added to the fact that she waz upset because we asked for a discount on the bill because we didn't eat the potatoes we didn't feel like we should pay for them.
