Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plantation

Updated 7/29/2021 I had left a less than flattering review for this location a couple months ago. Since that review I have decided to give this location a try again as my coffee schedule changed from daytime to early mornings (4AM to 5AM). I want to give a great review now as the early morning Shift Supervisor and the Manager of this location alternate days at this location. They both are major assets to this location because of their happy attitudes and genuine desire to make this place the best it can be. Coffee is consistently delicious and food alwasy served with a "good morning" and a smile.

I am happy to say that I am glad I decided to give this location another try. They now are my favorite and only DD I visit.

I frequent this place (up till today) as it is very close to my house. Over the course of the past month they have been out of all dairy (cream, cream cheese, etc) twice. They have had long lines of cars and are very slow to service customers even when they have about 5 people working. Their employees that service the drive up window are rude and nasty. Today was my final visit to this store (since there is another DD just about 1000 yards away on University) because they were out of large cups for iced coffee. I guess they want to charge customers more money for 2 small iced coffees instead of a large?

If you are in the area looking for a DD I suggest you skip this one and go directly to the one on University. They are not much better but at least they have...

Window lady was very rude. I pull up yo the drive and the French vanilla coffee I ordered was out. That wasn’t even it, the very rude window lady gave a stare of confusion as I looked at her to get the donut I had also ordered. She looked at me as I was wrong to think this. Over all if picking a dunkin on sunrise I suggest going to the one by sunset strip. Pt.2 I end up getting home and trying the coffe they gave me and I almost threw up in disgust of how this tasted. I wouldnt give this to homeless that needed something to drink because I have more respect for a homeless man than this dunkin has for me. Not only that but when going into my bag to get the donut I had ordered they put the donut chocolate side down so when I pulled the donut out of the bag, the chocolate was completely smeared off the donut onto the bag. I would like to thank this dunkin far single-handedly creating by for the worst dunkin experience I have ever received. And again if your thinking going to this dunkin drive the extra 2 minutes to go to the one by sunset strip so that you can have a high quality experience and not a waste...

Picked up my mobile order just to recieve all the wrong things I ordered pumpkin munchkins instead recieved cold assorted ones. While both drinks were completely off. They also did not give me a receipt and claimed they cant cause they trashed it. Upon my return I presented them with the items and requested my order to be made. Just to be told they were out of the munchkins I ordered and didn't have the items to make both of my drinks. No resolution was offered no exchange, no refund didn't want to cancel my order just bickering with nasty attitude. Now I have to post a review so other people dont experience this and wait tili get a response from corporate this is my second time dealing with their garbage customer service.
