I placed an order on my Einstein app for a sandwich. Upon my arrival I was told that the bagel I chose was not available to choose another one..I said ok .. when I went to look at the selection , all they had left was plain and cinnamon raisin. Yeah I don’t want my eggs and bacon on that. I said never mind , cancel my order and refund me. To my surprise, I was told that they cannot refund me because I paid through the app. Excuse me ? What ? How does that me any sense? I didn’t get any food and now you don’t want to refund me ? The cashier told me to call the 1-800 Einstein number , the same one they use for catering. When I call they aren’t taking calls because of COVID ? To email for any problems or complaints by email? .. really ? The worst customer service and dissatisfaction .. so it’s been 3 days since I’ve written this email and have gotten no response from no one. I have to go through my bank to refund me .. such a waste of time and energy. I will not go to Einstein and advise anyone else to go somewhere else for breakfast .. really awful...

I order 2 hashbrowns a bagel with chive cream cheese but most importantly dog bagels. I have 3 golden retriever service dogs that love them which is the whole reason for the visit. When getting home with the order I didn’t have the dog bagels or hashbrowns. The location isn’t exactly close. I had some very upset pups and my daughter’s sandwich was made with old not fresh vegetables. When I called the location the manager said I had to come back for the missing items. When I got to the location an hour later Shania the manager couldn’t have been nastier. She was yelling at me saying she gave me the items and I should have ordered something else the sandwich wasn’t good. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful in my life. I paid for the items I did not need to be screamed at. I would advise to proceed with caution or avoid this location. They are rude and disrespectful...

The order was 100 plain bagels individually bagged with a knife and a one ounce cream cheese. The day of the order, we were delivered 100 bagels in two boxes, and tubs of cream cheese. After expressing to the delivery driver that there was an error with the order. She then said "Well, corporate should have prepared this order themselves" and stormed out. Leaving behind the incorrect bagel orders and the cart she used to bring them in the office.
It took three hours for someone to return to our office to pick up the incorrect order and the cart. He was not able to rectify the situation, and then proceeded to only refund the food order. After two additional emails and several phone calls we still have not had an update on a refund for the delivery fee.
This experience was terrible. Our event was completely ruined, and the customer service was...
