It is encouraging to know that businesses such as this one still exist--professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and reliable. I had a minor issue with a watch battery replacement that seemed to be a major challenge for other jewelers I contacted, until I reached Jamie at Promenade. He quickly located the correct size battery in his stock, installed it while I chatted with him and his father Walter, and in no time at all my watch was ticking again.
