I use to enjoy going to this TOPH until today. First I "attempted " to order the usual, eggs, hasbrowns, no toast rather pancakes and a side of corn beef hash. However, the waitress said I couldn't have that unless I order some meat with it. I have never been told this by any waitress at this location ever. So after about 5 times going back and forth with her I guess she saw my frustration and said ok repeated my order and the long wait for my food began. The food was brought out in separate small plates for all of us 4 sitting in the booth and I was so confused why they would do such thing. For example, eggs were brought out in the same small dish you would serve a cup off coffee with. Hasbrowns brought out the same way and when I brought it to the manager's attention, he quickly proceeded to take the corn beef hash plate and removed the white paper lining under it and recycled the used dish by sliding the eggs and hasbrowns. I was amazed and furious and when I told him that what he just did was wrong he dismissed it by saying it was "formal"...wth? This guy was a complete spectacle in front of my 3 children (7, 14, and 20yrs old) who were disgusted. The pancakes were cold and hard at the bottom and the waitress never stopped by, not even once to see if everything was ok. They missed serving us part of our order but I didnt say anything until finally I got her attention that I wanted my bill and when she can back with he bill that's when I told her they didnt bring all the food so she was ok let me see and never came back....instead the manager came back with the adjusted bill. There were so many things wrong here that I will never ever go here again and I recommend you think twice before eating at this location. I never got an apology for either the waitress or the manager and his stunt of recycling a used dish to slide our eggs and hasbrowns on it makes me wonder what goes on in the kitchen. Read moreNormally, I would rate these chain restaurants a 3, but the experience today doesn't merit a 1. My sister and the waitress had a misunderstanding about what was being ordered and she brought out an extra dish she had been debating on ordering. So she had asked if she could switch and instead of getting the pancakes with her order if she could swap the pancakes to flap jacks. Some how, our waitress thought she still wanted the flapjacks. So when we got it, my sister thanked her thinking she'd been able to make the swap only to be told she had ordered it. My sister didn't and then asked how much is it. She told her the price and mind you, my sister already had another full plate of food in front of her, at which point she said. I don't want. The waitress took the plate of flapjacks back and then came back with the plate and manager, Ramel, who said if the mistake was the waitress she had to pay for it if not we did. I couldn't believe the customer service department was this awful!! Keep away from this place. Again, our waitress Jenny tried everything to accommodate and rectify the situation, only to be embarrassed in front of the patron and put the customer in an awful situation.

Read more45 minutes in this restaurant I was sat down before other tables the other tables were waited on before me the hostess was the only one helping me and brought me orange juice and coffee when they finally brought out eggs Benedict it looked disgusting and the sauce was broken I felt bad for the hostess who was helping me when I asked to speak to the manager I was told they were unavailable because they were both in the back cooking I kind of understand labor shortage but I don’t understand managers cooking and sending disgusting food out to my table the hostess cannot apologize enough but I finally had to take it upon myself to leave when I was told that my food was still not ready I’ve been here several times before and that’s the reason I came back today but the service was horrible the food looked disgusting and I never got a replacement meal. Plus I was given a bill for the orange juice and the coffee they used to be a really good manager there I don’t know what happened to him.
