We arrived and was greeted warmly at the door. From there things went downhill. We sat waiting for a table. One host brought at a pickup, glanced our way and pulled out a cell phone. Very shortly after another host came to the front as a couple entered the door. He greeted them warmly and prepared to seat them immediately. At this time the hostess that took the couple in front of us returned, noticed what was happening and pointed it out to the host that had left us unserved. She then proceeded to seat us. At this point both parties was approaching the same booth which was clearly marked for handicap seating, which had to be pointed out to the host. It was obvious that I was using a walker and no signs of the other couple being handicapped. We were finally seated and given menus. We sat waiting for a server for about 5 minutes before another couple were seated next to us. The sever came out immediately walking past us and across in front of us with water and glasses. About 2 minutes later she reappeared to take their order. At this point we decided to leave. As we were getting up a server appeared and asked if she could help. My supervisor often communicates in a sarcastic and negative manner, which creates unnecessary tension in the workplace. Beyond this, I have personally experienced hostility from male coworkers, including three separate incidents where men acted aggressively toward me for simply doing my job. I recently overheated at work and needed to sit for about 20 minutes. During that time, nobody checked on me or even called to see if I was okay. This lack of concern, combined with my supervisor’s ongoing behavior, has made it clear that he has been a problem from the start and remains oblivious to the impact of his own actions.
These incidents have left me feeling unsafe and unsupported at work. Instead of addressing these issues, my supervisor dismisses my concerns and creates an environment where I feel I am not allowed to express normal human emotions. I have also witnessed him speak to my coworkers with the same disrespectful tone, which contributes to a hostile atmosphere for more than just myself.
I am respectfully asking First Watch corporate to review this situation and take appropriate...

It was just a survey. She was kind of slow. I don’t know if she kept forgetting things but other than that thank you very much. I appreciate it. Keep up...
