Visited Just Salad earlier this week. I felt I would’ve had better feelings but I will share my experience anyhow. Upon entry, a woman approached us to discuss the menu. I felt that she was quite pushy and quite difficult to get a word in edge wise before we had to leave the line and go sit down to try to even glance at a menu without her gripping the menu and pointing to almost forced options. Next was I felt that the BYO was quite pricey if you began adding on more than a few items. I got the thai peanut salad which was ok, not horrible or blew me away and it barely had any chicken on it. Especially since the menu indicated protein grams. I felt I never got that many grams of protein even in both salads. My husband tried the impossible chik’n, again same issue barely any chik’n and pricey as this was a BYO option. I think the workers need a bit more training on pricing as questions on prices were asked but only one of them actually knew. Now checking out, I felt the sense of we were being “watched” by the owners as we went thru the line. It felt quite pressured once we entered the restaurant. They do not accept cash either which to me blows me away because cash is king. It also saves them money. Oh well. It wasn’t spectacular but it wasn’t horrible. Read moreFirst, I want to thank Ricknelys for her great service preparing my salad. I always get the protein powder and add a few other ingredients but today I change it a little. She was very patient with me and recommended a few other sides that would make my salad more delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to put my wallet in my bag so I only had cash which the restaurant doesn't accept. She suggested I speak to the manager Sebastian, who immediately understood my plight and offered to Comp my meal. I also work in a restaurant and sometimes things happen but the politeness of the customer is what makes you want to make sure their issue is resolve and go above and beyond excellent service. Read moreThe young lady that served me had no patience. She didn’t take the time to listen to what I was asking when I ordered my BYO and chicken Cesar wrap. I had to ask her to clean the counter before putting the wrap down. Another staff had to come over and wipe the counter because she didn’t understand or couldn’t hear I don’t know but she made my visit unpleasant. For a new location I expected excellent customer service. I will not be visiting that location no time soon. They charged me extra because when she put the mushrooms in my bowl, it was very little, unusual for something I order everyday. She charge me double if I knew she was going to do that I would’ve ask for an additional serving of mushrooms. Too soon to epic fail. Please hire better and...
