Awful experience from beginning to end, I mean I understand its a gas station but this is also a business where they lack serious customer service especially in the Deli. First and foremost I guess gretting customers is to much of a stretch these days so ill always make sure to speak even when the cashier associate couldn't. I ordered two separate orders and somehow after waiting for about 10 minutes which is the normal here. Since this is considered fast food. I patiently waited another 5 minutes and then ask the 3 women behind the counter working on 2.12.21 around 1:15 pm is there an issue with my order. The lady looked around and told us it was thrown away. Ok? She then she proceeded to make other orders to tell her coworker "you threw away a order" no apologies, no your order is coming right up. Nothing was said to us for the mistake. Then a heavier set women ( i apologize i usually get names) proceeded to combatively argue with me to let me know the sandwich is being made in an attitude it's which I was in the wrong how dare her and management needs to have a serious about equation with their Deli team I'm most patient person in the world but the customer service here seriously lacks and needs to improve do...

Unfortunately only one person could do the refund was busy finding the right bag of chips for an online order. This individual was very nice the 3 time she said just another minute that turned into 15. Hey Jermaine general manager and Sabrina foot manager heads up, Is it fair or right for your customer (and there were several of us in the same situation) to burn 30 minutes to hang out for a meal order that cannot be fulfilled and then a refund? Would love a response . For anyone' stopping here in the future, Stick to getting gas only here if you want to avoid...
