This is not a place for you to be able to sit down and spend some time and work or study - The minute you stop spending money fast enough (even if you’re still consuming something- from Starbucks) you are not welcome here if you take too long to consume what you purchased.
Extremely unprofessional staff. Looking at the reviews it totally makes sense- I am obviously not the only one experiencing rude and pushy staff.
I came to this location to meet with clients for a professional meeting and we were interrupted several times to to purchase more things or get out
I am a business consultant meeting with other business owners to talk about the inefficiencies in their operations and it’s funny to watch Starbucks make a fool of themselves in front of my clients - it is a real -time PERFECT example of how employees can destroy a business and affect the bottom line.
I am so curious to know how much money $$ they are losing by treating their clients and customers this way… the employees don’t even realize it (or care) because they get paid by the hour regardless of sales and location performance

Read moreThis spot is across the street from my work, so the mobile app is my go-to for those rare occasions I need good coffee. Unfortunately, the service with the Mobile app with this location isn't the best, the employees do not pay attention to orders and what they include. This is actually my second experience, same situation. And I am not one to complain but the stocky tan fellow with tattoos on his arms (on shift 8/22 with a female with red hair) did not let me explain my concern when I was displeased. I ordered 2 drinks with a sandwich for my coworker to kindly pick up for me, this male employee had HANDED the drinks to my coworker and confirmed that there was nothing else being made, EVEN though the sandwich was not ready and possibly was still being made. There may have been a miscommunication which I understand, but the way this male employee tried to handle the situation was not professional, he was defensive and acted like he knew nothing when he was the one handling my order. Read moreThis store needs some retraining. I’ve gone multiple times because it’s the closest to my work, but every time they mess up my order. I never ever get my food on time even if that’s just heating it up. Today I asked for a frozen drink and was given something completely different. Then when they made my frozen frappe it was literally just drinking chunks of ice. The female in front of me had her order so messed up it got to the point she just left and the staff was going back and forth with her. In the early mornings the workers who are in charge of the food and pastries just aren’t getting it right and are scrambling all over the place.
