Freaky Slow. Horrible service.
I walked in a little after 1p and waited at the counter for a bit. One of the 3 workers then acknowledged me and said it would be a moment. No problem, I could see there were drive through orders. Waited for her to finish the sandwich she was on, then refill the lettuce bin. A little while later she proceeded to the kiosk to ask what I'd like, so I ordered my sandwich. Rather than ring me up she walked back over to the sandwich bar and started talking with one of the other workers, making another sandwich which I presumed might be mine.
As most JJ's are lightning fast & I needed the restroom, I thought I'd use the restroom quick and pay after. Came back out and no one was at the sandwich bar.
I couldn't tell if one of the other guys was maybe engaged in a task so I waited as he sort of bumbled around a little before coming to acknowledge me as I watched a fly crawling around on a 1/2 made sandwich sitting there. I asked about the sandwich that I ordered which apparently never got made as he asked me what I'd like. So I ordered again and asked if I could get a discount because I felt ignored, but be said no.
I am a rewards member and until today have always had excellent service at all of the dozens of JJ's I've ordered at for well over a decade.

Read moreOk, I think the world might have just turned upside down. My wife orders the FIrecracker special online, the app seemed to have messed up and did not give us the discount. I walk in to pick up the order, the person making the sandwiches gives me a friendly, professional greeting and asks my name, to which he says he finishing making the order right now. I then explain the app situation, and he calls over another employee, who quickly looks up the order my wife made on the app, notices that it did not give the discount. He politely says he needed the manager to fix it, she comes over and works out the fix. That wasn't the amazing part, the amazing part was not one of them looked over 21( maybe they were but they didn't look it). They were so professional, and the whole place was working like a well oiled machine. Hopefully no headhunters for other companies come in, because this amazing team of young workers would be stolen in a heartbeat! FYI the Firecracker Wrap is great is...
Read moreJust left here with no food. Please stop letting teens ruin your restaurant with no adult management/supervisors around to ensure proper operations. The lobby was closed “due to staff shortages” and the drive thru was closed for the same reason. There was at least 4-5 teens inside. I’ve literally seen 2 people run a Jimmy John’s before. The only way to get food was through an online order. I ordered online, pulled up to the window, and they told me they closed early and put everything up already. Said they had to void my order and I will get my money back in 3-5 business days. Ridiculous! This just happened 2 April 2023 on or about 8:40 pm.
