McDonald's — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

The yelp reviews about this location tell it all...nice people at the front, but customer service, fulfillment of orders, follow-up, etc. is bad. We ordered two Big Mac meals and asked for no pickles and extra sauce on both. When we received our order, we were charged .49 cents for extra sauce, but the one burger that was marked extra sauce on the slip, had only a normal amount of sauce and the other was marked "no sauce" and had no sauce. Why order something special if the order takers and/or preparers just ignore it? We went back to the front and after being ignored repeatedly by the tall female server, the young man on the drive-up window came over and asked what we needed and got us some extra sauce. Meanwhile the tall female server was just standing in the back chatting with her co-worker, after clearly seeing us standing at the counter waiting for some assistance. The tables were dirty throughout the restaurant and the french fry timer was constantly beeping during our entire time in the restaurant (and I mean constantly!). Not sure if the staff were just ignoring it or if only one of them was authorized to TURN IT OFF! A really bad experience overall here. Multiple staff standing around,...

as a guest.They try to police the number of homeless people who steal free soda and other disrespectfull customers who mess up the tables because of one item was not communicated or miss understood and its done on purpose. service is great they make it an effort and purpose to do their best to meet the needs of the customers. including not limited to replacing the fries of a customer making large outrageous orders, paying with 100 doller bills and changing order after they been process and demanding a refund. the customer making their numbers go up. Sometimes guest and young kids vandalising their tables. They make it an effort to explain and try to make up for any machiene problem they have if its ice cream machiene failure or a credit card swipe machiene disfunction.

Today I showed up to this McDonald’s to get an evening meal, I have never had a worse experience in my life. The customer service was absolutely horrible and the employees were rude and Inpatient. I gave a code for my meal to get a discount, and when I told the employee to add the discount, he got annoyed and told me to pull up to the window. When I pulled up to the window, he told me I should’ve given it at the speaker. I then gave him the code, and he proceeded to charge me full price anyway, and gave me a negative look, and during the whole interaction, he was rude and shaking his head. When I looked at the receipt and saw that they had charged me full price, I proceeded to go back and was then met with no help. In fact, not even words they were shaking their heads and said I don’t know. They then again gave me a mean look. I have never had such a bad experience at a McDonald’s in my life, and this made me never want to go back to this...
