We bought a leather reclining couch from them last January. While it was delivered at reasonable time, it came with what we perceived defected. When we would sit on the couch, it would creek more than expected. I should mention that the couch came without any paperwork. We immediately contacted them about this problem. At first there was no reply. We called, emailed and eventually just showed up at the store. We were given promises that they had contacted the manufacturer and the problem would be resolved. After months of waiting, I contacted the manufacturer directly, and they set the process forward. As it turned out, there were some structural issues that needed to be address. In the last six months or so we’ve purchased a dining room set (Yutzy, made in Ohio) and family room furniture made in the USA, and we plan to use them in the future. Brad and Michael are very helpful - even when I changed my mind about a dining room chair style after leaving the store, Michael graciously took care of it. Brad came to the house with fabric samples and measured the room to help us come up with a game plan. This was incredibly helpful because it really does make a difference seeing the colors/textures in the space. He absolutely knows what he’s doing, and what I’ve really appreciated is a low-pressure experience with him. He knows we like an eclectic look and have a budget, so we may get things at a later date or from other places as well, and it’s all ok. If we had purchased everything Michael recommended, the furniture would have never fit! We decided to purchase just two of the four leather chairs he recommended. We placed the order 2/22/16. By June, we still did not have the chairs. After not getting answers from Michael, I called the manufacturer and these chairs only take 30 days to ship. I was given the run around and lied to. When the chairs finally arrived, the packing slip showed that the store requested the ship date of 5/20/16. He intentionally delayed the shipment of these chairs and held our deposit for all those months.
