This is an update on my visit review of this particular Starbucks. The sad part about it is that the service here is not really consistent. Though I’ve had a negative experience in the past, this last one was definitely a positive. The crew was very accommodating and very patient due to the mixup of my order on the mobile app. They were very friendly and courteous in though I visited here on Black Friday, I understand we all would not like to work that day but they did keep a better mood than I did and because of that made my day a lot better. Hopefully the future trips would be as positive as this one.

Read moreThe bi%#& with a nose piercing and colored eyes gave us attitude when we said we were not done ordering. She said "well you should have kept ordering." Which we would have but she said to pull fwd. Then we werent sure if we had ordered with coconut milk or not, so we were looking in the window while she was making them, and she stopped what she was doing to stare at us, with attitude! Read moreFor a "drive-thru" only starbucks, they are lousy. They're slow to make the drinks, the seem to have high turnover in the store, and you have to ask every time for a drink stopper. A drink stopper should be automatic at a drive-thru location.
You would think that being drive-thru only they would be faster than going into a physical store and certainly faster than going to a store that has a drive-thru, but I notice no difference in speed.
The drinks and food are usually made accurately, so at least we're getting what we're paying for, just not thrilled with...
