Buyer beware! These guys are total scam artists. Do not let their name fool you. My experience with them was about as luxurious as a root canal. We are a family of teachers, so a car, even a used one, is a major expense. We did our research and found a good deal on a 2010 nissan murano at this place. We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, and then waited about an hour for a test drive. I took it for a test drive with my father, who is an experienced mechanic, and we gave the green light for purchase. FOUR hours later, i drove out of there in my new ride. That whole time we waited patiently, no one checked on us, no one offered us even as much as a glass of water. We sat down with their sales rep, who talked a good game about how he respected teachers and how he is going to give me the best deal. The best thing he did was talk me into and extended warranty for 2500 bucks, 3 year or 36k miles bumper to bumper. So I drove off in my new ride, and everything was great for about a month...then the noises started, small hissing noises at first, then gradually a whirring whining sound, buy I had to wait to take it in because the warranty had a 6 month waiting period. I took it as soon as I was able, to the Nissan dealership, and was told that the issue was control arms and that it was going to be an expensive job. Luckily, the warranty covered the job, minus the deductible, or else it would have been a $4500 job!!! Flashforward to a year later, and the car started stuttering out of first every time I stopped. So, I brought it in again, and it turned out the entire transmission needed to be replaced. Luckily the warranty covered the majority of the cost, but it was still $1500 for a new transmission. The total on that job was about $6500 bucks To make matters worse, two days after getting a brand new transmission, I notices fluid leaking from the under carriage, and they power steering seems to be making a whirring sound, so, it back to the Nissan dealership repair shop tomorrow for a 3rd time. If youre doin the math here, If I didn't have the warranty, I would have basically paid DOUBLE for this car by now. I have no doubt that these Bay Luxury Auto charlatans knew there were problems with this car, knew exactly what kind of garbage car they were unloading on us, and I feel like such a chump for falling for it. We are humble civil servants, teachers who make humble teachets salary, and these guys took advantage of us. So please, learn from my mistakes and DO NOT by any means purchase a car from this place. They are the furthest thing from "luxury " that I can imagine, and they should be ashamed of themselves for running...
Read moreLet me start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews, however this one is worth taking the time to do. I had been searching for a Mercedes for 5 mo. prior to finally finding what I was looking for at Bay Luxury Autos in Nov, 2020. I didn't have AAA credit, but they made it happen for me. It was time for my 3 mo. oil change, and I took it to a Mercedes dealer who wanted to charge me $1,500. I contacted Bay Luxury and found out they have a shop, and service Mercedes and foreign cars in house!!! They charged me a fraction of what I would have paid!! 6 mo. later, the pistons blew, and I was out of a car. I took it to a Mercedes dealer and they said, things like this have happened to some of their new and pre-owned cars, it was no fault of the dealer, and to get it fixed, they would charge me $15K. I contacted Kyle at Bay Luxury and he said, bring it back and we will make it right, and right they did!!!! They gave me a loaner car, until my car got fixed, and they didn't have to do that! They could have said, sorry the car is used and was sold "as is", pound sand (which most car lots do), but he didn't. Kyle is the owner of Bay Luxury Autos and he stands by his cars and this is a stand up place, which is very hard to find now a days. Bless you all there at Bay Luxury...
Read moreCome here if you want to be duped and lied to, especially if you deal with Omar. We came to look at and buy a car, we were greeted by Mo who was helped us test drive the car and he was very pleasant. Afterwards we sat down with Omar and I mention that the car had bald tires which I would have to replace and Mo agreed that they only had a few months left earlier. Omar then said with a straight face that the car has new tires! I took him out and pointed out how bald the tires were and he still insisted that they were new even though his own employee and any logical person can tell that the tires were bald. Now if these guys are willing to sell you a car with bald tires and then lie straight to your face when the evidence is right in front of them what else would they lie about? Bad brakes? Suspension? I would steer way clear of this place as they do not care about the safety of your family if they are willing to lie about something as obvious as tires, makes me wonder that other faults they are trying to hide that we cannot see. So if you want the quintessential "USED CAR SALESMAN" experience with the run around and misrepresentation of obvious facts, come here. If you care about the safety of your family I would...
