After going to this location for 2 years I am so beyond disappointed with what i encountered. Not only was staff so beyond rude but the ownership has changed for the worse. All these kids donât care about anything but themselves. My order was completely wrong as well as the portions which are beyond horrible. I said to the girl at the front that my order was wrong and she gave me attitude and charged me to remake it.
My mom came right before easter to get about 25 gift cards. The girl who was helping me was such a sweet young lady who had so much patience which i havenât seen her since. The register was acting up on her since there were so many cards and she said something to the owner about it and he was so rude to her making her feel embarrassed which I noticed in her face. I over heard him say âit should work your probably doing it wrongâ which was so rude to say not only to her but in front of a costumer. He came over to help and couldnât do it himself which proved it wasnât her. PS she was whatever a âshift leadâ is. I was told the cream flavors are made with a dairy alternative, so I ordered it, trusting the information I was given. Later that evening, I started to feel unwell and decided to look up the allergen information myself. To my shock and frustration, I discovered that the coconut cream flavor does contain dairy.
This experience was incredibly upsetting not only because it made me sick, but because it showed a clear lack of staff training on allergens. Allergies and intolerances can have serious health consequences, and customers rely on staff to provide accurate information.
I hope Ritaâs management takes this seriously and improves employee training on allergens and ingredients. No one should have to risk their health because of careless...

Once I got to the window, I gave the girl my credit card and coupon. She charged my card and told me nonchalantly to âuse my coupon the next time because it didnât work this time.â She charged my card the full price before telling me the coupon could t be applied. She sent me on my way and Didnât even apologize. Horrible...
