Yes Boba Cafe — Restaurant in Plymouth Charter Township

I’ve tried many boba tea shops and I would say this one is one of the best. The boba shop was modern and clean. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable with their recommendations. The boba had the perfect chewy consistency and the right flavor. It reminded me of the boba teas I had while visiting Taiwan. My kids got brown sugar milk tea and Thai tea and said it’s so good! I got the recommended avocado smash. Never tried anything like this before. The avocado smash was amazing! The homemade pudding and with added boba it was the perfect combination. It had been one of those days. The sky was that washed-out gray that feels like it forgot how to be blue, and I was dragging my feet through another errand-packed afternoon, desperate for something—anything—that felt like a reward. Lo and behold, in my search I stumbled upon this marvelous establishment. Upon entering I was immediately blown away by the clean and comfortable interior. As I perused the menu, I found every item to be equally appealing. I ended up settling on a peach tea. The service was very good and it was not long until my drink was made. My tea was made exceptionally and once I took the first sip, I was instantly taken into a euphoric state of mind. My spouse and I decided to try Yes Boba for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. I ordered a jasmine green tea with mango jellies (25% sweetness). The jasmine green was delicious and not watered down at all. My spouse ordered a black tea flavored with strawberry and lychee jellies. Both teas are very good!

We also ordered a Taiyaki with custard filling, which was good. As an FYI - the custard turned into a little bit of cooked egg since its eggs and cream. Still good! Next time, we’re going to try a different filling.
