So far, horrible service. I was told on the phone that I was getting this great deal for cable ,150 channels. Paired up with my internet this would be only 10 extra dollars a month. What a great deal, right? They sent a tech out to my house to install everything. The tech told me this internet is for smart TVs or I need a roku, no installation on their end. Ok. I dont have either. But hey, I'll buy a roku for 150 channels. I went on the site to check my account for the streaming services and it turns out the deal is for 10 channels . . . Huh that's odd, they guy on the phone specifically told me I'd have the history channel, cartoon network, etc. So basically I was lied to, scammed into paying 70$ for a tech because my internet was originally 'self installation' but they said 'hey we can send the tech out and do both they'll need to be there for the cable anyways'. Which was not true at all. Lies on lies. Hands down the worst service ever. I just moved and I want spectrum back. This sucks.

Read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the Xfinity store in Plymouth today. I came in to return phones I had been testing to see if they would work in a specific area. I was informed by Xfinity’s customer service that I could return the phones through FedEx, but after visiting two FedEx locations, neither were able to assist me.
Since the Xfinity store was nearby, I decided to visit for help. Upon entering, I asked if I could return the phones and was initially told yes. However, after I mentioned that I had purchased them through Customer Care over the phone, the staff became dismissive and hurried to get me out the door. They refused to even look up my account or provide any assistance, despite knowing I had already been turned away twice at FedEx.
This level of service is unacceptable. The staff showed no willingness to help, leaving me extremely disappointed in a company I have been loyal to for over 30 years. I am appalled by how I was treated and will be reconsidering my relationship with Xfinity...

I figured maybe it's prorated or something..next bill $158. Next bill $158. I go in and she says oh it is supposed to be $135 and I'm paying for the old router monthly. . He never told me to bring the old router back in because i would be charged like $24 per month.. So if i bring the old one in my bill will be $135 and $95 if i drop to just the internet like before so i bring the new router back because i want to go back to the $95 just internet. She tells me that the old router won't provide the Internet speed i have been paying for. So i have to bring the old one back and use the new one to get the speed i have been paying for and my bill will be $85... To summarize. I have been paying for Internet speed but using a router that won't deliver that speed.
