Batteries Plus Phone Repair — Local services in Plymouth Charter Township

Had to get my wife's screen replaced on her phone. They gave me a 2 hour wait time for the repair. Called about after 3 hours and they said it was complete. Drove to the shop and when I arrived one of the associates told me a corner of the screen was still lifting and he recommended we leave it over night to "apply pressure and heat". My wife picked her phone up the next day only to call me saying the screen started to lift again and that the phone started to get extremely hot. She immediately took it back and they said they would take a look at it and it might be a battery issue. When the phone was brought in the first time there were no battery issues. They still have her phone and I have not received any updates yet. If I get the phone back without issues I will change my rating but for now I am not thrilled about how this is...

I came into have the batteries in my I-Pod replaced . I was told they had to be ordered and they would be available within the week. I was told I would be called upon delivery of the batteries. That did not happen. When I came in 2 weeks later the same thing happened with thte exception that they could do it later that day. I would be called when the batteries were delivered that day and I did receive a call that they indeed did come in. The next day I went to have the battery installed and was told that it would be 2-3 hours for installation and I would be called when the project was done. That never happened. I went back to the store and the I-Pod battery installation had been completed, but I never received a phone call back...

Repaired my cracked screen on my iPhone 8, but beware they do use a knockoff screen. Color and touch screen response is not as good as it was originally, and they returned the phone with a corner of the screen un-clipped. If I could do over, I would spend the extra $30 and have apple do it with an actual factory component.

Update: They ended up trying a few different screens to fix my phone, then decided to replace my phone with a refurbished phone. This "new" phone drains battery quick, but at least the screen works. I still regret going here over a sprint or...
